ROOM WAS GREAT. Loved th fitness room and the hot tub was lovely.

Was overcharged room rate. Expedia listed one price they charged me another and said that was Expedia’s fault. But Expedia listed it at $161 and they charged me after taxes $200. Not impressed. But the room was clean. Breakfast was good. Couldn’t get into the hot tub as there was way too many people. I am working on getting my money returned through Expedia.

Only complaint I have is with the lady working the sat night Nov 29 night shift , her name was Ann, very rude , other guess also told us the same thing . If Hotel management wants to know what happen , give me an email . Not very professional at all The Filipino lady that was there in the morning was very helpful thank you

Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was excellent-taco breakfast with loads of topping options. Only complaint is that my room was 14degC upon arriving so needed to prop door to hallway open and turn setpoint up to 21. It took about an hour to warm up on a cold winter day!
