Bathroom faucets were leaky, and the shower faucet had a significant amount of scale reducing the water output. The blackout blinds didn't wrap around one window, letting light in. Sound of adjacent shower was very loud and woke up up super early. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very pleasant.

The stay was really lovely! Everything clean, comfy, and well stocked, and the staff got us plates and utensils when we asked for some too - since our room wasn't a one with a whole kitchen. The food at the bistro was yummy as well. All the staff was very accommodating and kind, and things were reasonably quiet too. My only complaints would be that the window was a bit drafty, and that the TV reacted very strangely to both a laptop and a Nintendo Switch being plugged in. Neither really worked, the laptop not being able to show anything on the big screen, and the Switch being locked at a super loud (unplayable) volume for some reason haha. Aside from that, everything was perfect, I'd readily recommend to a friend, and will probably stay again if the need arises. :)

Room very clean; bathroom spotless; had an issue with room heater - was repaired immediately. All staff very friendly, polite & very professional. Very modern & well appointed rooms and hotel overall. Excellent hotel location, relative to all attractions & amenities in the area, such as farmers market, hockey arenas, restaurants & other shopping. Close to major highways - easy in & easy out Highly recommend staying here! !

Everything was great!

Staff was ok. People were partying in the hallways until two in the morning. I ask guest services to kindly ask them to be quiet. The hotel did buy us breakfast for the mixup and then tried to charge us for it when we checked out and accused us of spending money at the bar. Will never be returning to this hotel very unprofessional run.

Clean, comfy room. Staff is very hospitable and accommodating. The walls are VERY thing. Which made dogs bark easily. So technically dog-friendly but not super.
