Expedia Group verified review

Vending machines were not centrally located and the drink vending machine was out of order. This was discovered after i went to the front desk to ask for the location and then walked a long distance yo get to the machine. I had just gotten off the road and was very tired. Had to get back in my car to go purchase soda.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. Not much to choose from especially to drink if you are not a coffee drinker. No juice, no water.

It was like stepping through a time warp, all manual doors, no elevators, unpainted patchwork walls, inexplicable stains on walls, that I'm telling myself were not the remenants of blood. Staff was really nice and sweet and kind. Breakfast was dry cereal or waffle. No eggs, no yogurt no fruit no bacon or sausage. Its been over 20 years since i last had cereal for breakfast, i ended up buying breakfast each morning as it was completely unsatisfyin

The police came and told me to leave and I did. I asked for a receipt, and your manager refused to give me one. You tried talking to me on the phone and was nothing but rude. Called me names, I believe it was "lowlife individual" at that point, I refused to talk to you anymore. After I left the hotel, you continued sending harassing texts to me and continued to call me names. So I ask you who the bully is here? I admit I could have handled the situation better. But you also have to admit that some members of your staff made poor decisions. You have my credit card. The correct thing to do would have been to add a charge to my card and let me sort it out when I wake up. But your manager got her feelings hurt and had to prove how bad she was. You also have to admit your staff is poorly trained. That is not their fault. They tried to do what they were trained to do, and I'll say they did it to the best of their training. You and your manager must take the blame for this. You need to train them to be able to look up information and simply add a second night that was booked. You and your manager are completely unprofessional, and Days Inn should step in and retrain the both of you too. You have cameras all over your hotel. I'm sure this entire event was documented on your cameras. You are free to confirm what I've said with the video. I hope you have a good rest of your day, and you will be hearing from me in the future regarding this issue.
