The building and rooms were outstanding and the hotel staff was incredible! Bruno and Wagner were great and helped with everything. Bruno especially went out of his way to accommodate us and was so kind. If you are looking for a special experience in São Paulo this is the place! Highly recommend!

An exceptional hotel. Very comfortable, great staff, innovative decor.

The fitness center needs a refresh but this is one of my favorite hotels in Sao Paulo.

The staff knew it was my birthday and the thoughtful decorations in the room made me feel celebrated. I have specific dietary restrictions and they always ensure I’m eating healthy. The service levels are beyond what most first class hotels offer.

Very modern well located hotel. Fatima the maitre de at breakfast was a delight and an asset to the hotel, rarely have I come across such a friendly efficient perfect staff member. Her waiting staff were very friendly and efficient too with a special mention for Vagner who was a very good waiter. Always ready with a smile and very efficient. Only negative for me at dinner is menu can only be viewed on a mobile phone which I found tiresome.

Great breakfast. Some parts of the hotel could be s bit more cared for (sauna).

Beautiful internal and external architecture, helpful staff, everything is very clean, truly an unforgettable experience.

the hotel is iconic. Best part about the hotel is the rooftop bar with a view and the ability to smoke cigars. The rooms are extremely small, horrible design. The service was impeccable and very well thought out

Modern, quirky building… our room was super comfy and stylish. The gentleman that checked us in was lovely and we are very grateful for the help with getting us a reservation at the restaurant we wanted to try. The surrounding area felt safe but there’s almost nothing you can walk to (but that’s São Paulo in general). Not much vibe in the bar area but good drinks selection.
