I’ve stayed here previously and had a great experience but sorry to say that the standards have dropped. The old lift situation is still an issue (only 3 tiny ones which really needs addressing somehow) but the staff are less attentive, the main pool area requires more shade, the booking system for the restaurants needs much more improvement and the food wasn’t as good. we spoke to other guests who said exactly the same thing. That said, it is in a great location being a 25 minute walk into town, the pools themselves are lovely (especially the small one towards the bottom), it’s quiet with a great local beach and it surely has the best sunset rooftop in Ibiza. Not sure we’ll go back again but you never know. Thank you for having us all the same.

The property has several pools, and one of them was very quiet, which we really appreciated. The hotel also has a beautiful location next to an amazing cove beach and very tasty lunch spot

Excellent 5 star hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff well presented and ready to help if required. Food was lovely and fresh with lots of selection. Plenty of sun beds. Rooms immaculate and cleaned every day. Will definitely return

Lovely stay at TRS. High quality furnishings, very well kept and clean and the entertainment meant we were never bored on our 11 night stay. Will definitely be coming back!

Omg what can I stay this hotel was gorgeous and the staff was all Amazing , the food was big crowd pleaser .

Main pool had live music, Gravity Sky Bar on the rooftop had the best sunset view, Playa Pomelo had great drinks and private beach! Overall the TRS Ibiza Hotel property was beautiful. Buffet was top notch and Helios and El Gaucho Steak house has exquisite exotic foods.

Couldn’t have been happier, also the option to keep all inclusive after you have checked out until 4pm if you have a late flight is so handy

Everything was amazing - we stayed signature level as we had the swim up pool and I highly recommend. The staff could not do enough for you. My only thing I’d like more of is live music and evening entertainment.

What a fantastic stay. Third time at the TRS ibiza and as special as ever. A big thank you to Patricia for making my return a little bit more special. A lovely hotel, in a quiet location with everything you need. Only issue is it’s hard leaving the hotel!

Very clean

Booked swim up Signature Level suite, cost £2k each for a week, overpriced. Room was lovely, swim up pool great. Noisy room some nights as it was right by Gaucho restaurant, staff rude when complained. Buffet food was barely hot 80% of the time, also very limited choice of food compared to other 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Overall, gorgeous hotel and grounds, staff were amazing. Drinks, we'd paid for Signature Level so had premium drinks but cocktails were very hit and miss i.e. no consistency and main lobby bar had some pre-mixed cocktails which were awful (not 5 star). Sky bar cocktails were good, freshly made and the sunset from there was amazing. Generally quite a chilled hotel, DJ by main pool every day at 3pm, could get quite loud and annoying with percussion or drums. Entertainment, other than DJs, only saw one act, two girls singing with guitar, they were good. Lack of entertainment considering this is a 5 star hotel, may be due to being May and not peak season. Pool bar snack bar was good, food was made to order, hot, fresh, inconsistent cocktails, had good ones and bad ones. Overall a lovely hotel, food and cocktails let it down so we wouldn't go back. There's a town about 8 mins away in cab (costs about 7 or 10 euro each way), lovely marina, shops, restaurants etc.

Great adults only all inclusive resort. Was our first time visiting Ibiza and definitely enjoyed our time. Unless you prefer a specific liquor, you do not need to book a Signature Level as you get the same options as far as drinks and food goes. Favorite restaurant was the Mediterranean one Steakhouse was okay. Hospitality of the staff was top notch! The sunset was unreal from the gravity bar! Would highly recommend.
