Clean, well heated & well equipped. Very helpful staff. Very good food.

Two issues on my visit this time. Both sorted almost immediately. Once again very impressed. My hotel of choice in the area. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, great food and really friendly staff

Restaurant food good Accommodation - Rooms well presented, however the room I had there was a lot of light coming into the room from the outside security lights (could do with better blackout curtains), otherwise a pleasant stay.

Staff were welcoming and helpful , rooms were on the tatty side could do with a update

Should give guests option to reuse towels - environmental (I hung my towels up to reuse and they were all changed) Shower water pressure poor No lift (not an issue for me, but not ideal) All staff were great

Said this before. Faultless. Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Room was good, a bit tired but clean. Breakfast was self service but good. Staff were friendly and always there to help. The building itself was in poor shape and looked like it needed a good upgrade. We had an evening meal for five which I would describe as average.

Parking easy and free. Hotel is fine breakfast was good. Just me I think but the bed hurt my back. I felt like it should have been really comfortable but for some reason the support, for me at least, didn’t work

Plenty of parking. Room relatively clean. Twin bed. Staff great, dining and bar area great. Food great. No lift but helpful staff. If stairs are a problem ask for groung floor room. Our room had bath which was difficult getting in and out of. Tv was an antique and mounted in a corner. Shower was not very user friendly.
