This place is a gem. It was beautiful and quiet.

I forgot my very expensive sunglasses in the resting area very close to my room. This was my mistake. However, when I remembered after a while and returned, my sunglasses were not there. I made continuous calls. I gave information to the reception including the last day. The picture of my glasses, where I forgot them, etc. However, they said that there were no cameras in the most used open area. I was surprised by the security problem in this hotel, where I had stayed twice before. I returned home with a very serious material and moral loss. Unfortunately, a situation that could have been detected with very clear cameras could not be solved. I am very sorry. I will never forget this situation in my life.

Great hospitality, the room was clean. Resort is very convenient for you, don’t have to leave.

This is a stunning property with so many amenities and restaurants! I can’t say enough about the friendliness and cooperation of the staff! Alondra at the front desk in particular! She went out of her way to accommodate our needs! Well done, Three Waters! The only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough!

Beautiful hotel and location however the check in experience was not great. I booked a 2 queen bed cottage room and was given a 2 queen bed room with balcony after asking about it the girl first told me all of our cottages are booked which I replied to her but I booked one of those rooms she proceeded to step to the back and came back and told me the room has a leak so we have to give you a regular room. No type of trying to make it better somehow no type of apology nothing. If I wouldn’t have asked nothing would’ve been said. Just terrible service to be charged to a better room and then just putting you in a regular room.

It was a very peaceful, friendly place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing get away

Absolutely Great stay! Loved the location and amenities!

Resort is beautiful and very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Beaches are tiny and there’s a lot of seaweed. Food is good but not a lot of variety. Plenty of local places in the area with shuttle there or uber. A microwave in room to reheat leftovers would be a great addition.

Loved our mini vacation at Three Waters Resort. Jelena checked us in and she was very friendly and explained all that the resort had to offer. Lots of great options for dining and bars, and all the staff were pleasant and welcoming. We stayed in a beautifully decorated room with a stunning view of the ocean. We will definitely be back again.

Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed at The Cove, which is a quieter area of the resort. Staff was great! Will return!

We loved the beautiful setting and convenient to places. Ver yclean and the bed was the most comfortable.

We loved the hotel. Perfect weekend getaway with our dog. It really is pet friendly and everyone is super nice. Loved all the dinning options as well as the amount of different spaces to be at. Definitely will be coming back!

Best resort in Islamorada! Great views, private beach, gorgeous property, lots to do on site! It's worth mentioning that you could always get a chair in the pool area or on the beach, huge plus for me!

Our stay here was great for the most part! 2 hicupps; the room we were assigned, the shower door leaked all over the floor! However, when letting the fromt desk know, they upgradedus to a room right off the beach ground floor so we were very happy!

Love this new resort in my favorite place in Islamorada They have made it a first class experience! Highly recommend.
