The pictures of the rooms and property have to be older than 10 years. It is not nearly as nice in person and there’s weird smells everywhere you go they also have automated air spray in the hall ways to make it smell better it doesn’t btw. And the toilets ours could barely flush pee let alone someone actually using it. Would not recommend booking even for the decent price book somewhere else where you’ll actually enjoy your time.

My wife and I have been staying there for 2 new ownerships and 3 new management changes. So for this trip I see that they are trying hard to freshing up and seems to looking better. Just little things like keeping the grounds in better condition and cleaner.

Our king executive suite was very nice.The room had been renovated.The check-in area had been renovated, as had our room.The hallways were clean and the czrpet looked fairly new .The breakfast area was clean and coffee was very good and the food was fine. The outside is in the process of being updated and painted.The landscape needs some TLC.Our room had a little screened in patio, with comfortable furniture and looked out onto a treed ,green space.It will be nice when the work is completed.We had a nice time and enjoyed our Gananoque staycation.Thank-you

It was ok overall. Staff was great. Air conditioner not working properly. Breakfast was good. The hotel grounds were great. Will comeback another time.

The only fault of mine was how far away the hotel as from Downtown Kingston. I had $200 out of pocket because there are no cabs in that town. I wanted to check out earlier than seven but the doors were closed.I understand times are very hard these days but they should’ve had someone do the night shift in case someone gets sick, etc. The room really wasn’t that clean but for one night passable. If one comes they should only stay the night and no longer. Thank you. Jonathan.

The beds were fairly comfortable, with decent linens and pillows. It’s not fancy, but it has what you need: TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and good water pressure in the shower. Some rooms have updated decor, while others feel a bit dated. Service: The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. They provided local recommendations and were quick to respond to requests. Housekeeping did a good job during our stay. Amenities: There’s a complimentary continental breakfast with basics like cereal, toast, muffins, and coffee—nothing gourmet, but appreciated. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout the stay. The staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was good. But the place was dated. They are trying to improve it. The price was good!

Room was good and clean, no staff at breakfast till later on. Area and building looks aged.

This hotels needs some improvement but it looks like owner is working on those improvements. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is what youd expect at Super 8. Good variety of breakfast items.
