Clean room, friendly checking in process! The managers at breakfast each day though were not needed. Yesterday one was faffing changes that didn’t need making, being a hindrance to the hard working girls there and today one was talking loudly on a teams call. No peaceful environment due to her talking loudly over the calming music.

Segunda vez que me quedo. Esta vez el cuarto fue mejor pero el aire dejo de funcionar y pasamos calor. No habia telefono en la habitacion para poder llamar a recepcion. Room 103. Por lo demas excelente ubicacion a todo.

The rooms are small just like all the hotels in Europe but the LOCATION is soooo worth it . Also it was extremely clean.

I enjoyed the hotel but slways prefer bars of soap. The dispensars might be convenient for the hotel, but hhey sre not easy to use for customers.

Best room. Quiet and clean. The staff was fantastic. So helpful.

The room was spotless, the staff superaccomodating, the complimentary breakfast both generous and delicious, and the location, while noisy at night, could not be more convenient, with lots of very good nearby restaurants and well served by both the Metro and Renfe.

Lovely hotel just off the gran via and opposite gran via metro so very handy for getting around. Great breakfast, good size bathroom and comfortable bed so everything you could want for a great stay.

Everything was as one would expect from this category of hotel. Even the noise from passing crowds in the street down below were not invasive when the window was closed. We particularly liked the standard of decor in the room and the retention of the quaint antiquated lift.
