Stayed half board 3 nights but some aspects only average. Quite a lot of noise from nearby road. Big groups being accommodated each day so quite busy.pool area closed for maintenance.

Dated room with many plug sockets not working, bathroom needing new sealant, tv missing from one wall frame. Staff very helpful, breakfast was good. Glad to stay only one night.

arrived at your hotel at 22:00 and was extremely disappointed with the condition of my room. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to change rooms despite the following serious issues: The room had a strong, unpleasant smell due to humidity. The blankets also smelled very bad and felt unclean. The hairdryer was damaged and had a hole in it. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a 4-star hotel. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. I

Would not reccomend this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night before our campsite reservation was ready. Check in was very poor with little or no info given. We were told we would have to pay extra for a travel cot despite requesting one before booking & providing children's exact ages in advance. We were given free water park tickets to use for the facility across the road but it was closed. Check out staff were equally as unhelpful - only holding 2 of our bags whilst we visited the water park - that was open the next day. No other facilities around the area. Hotel was a ghost town in the afternoon & evening with no one to serve drinks. Breakfast was the saving grace - lots of variety.

A bit out of the way of the lake garda crowds but within distance to do everything around the lake and he back to enjoy the hotel.

The hotel was almost empty, probably because it was off season. I think the spa was closed too. The rooms were clean, the people working in the hotel were very helpful, the place was very quiet. I think it's a very nice place in the summer. Breakfast was ok.

Wow after reading the reviews we wasn’t expecting much but what a hotel . Staff from the minute we arrived were brilliant . Very helpful and so polite . Cleaners were brilliant and even when lift was out of order offered to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs for us . The breakfast was brilliant and a lovely view of the mountains to go with it . Each morning after breakfast before heading out we didn’t have access to a pool ,but we did have free access to a water park with about 20 different slides . This really made it for the kids and myself . It was about a 10 minute drive into Bardilino with easy parking in hotel . Took about 25 minutes to get to Verona. Room was spotless and we had fresh towels throughout the day and as it was really hot we had water brought to the room through out the day . Best place I’ve stayed in Italy for a long time .

The staff was so friendly and amazing!!!! They treated everyone like family

No AC. Its broken and instead of contacting us before we arrived we came all the way out there. They didnt even tell us when we checked in. When we told the front counter they said it was broken for the whole hotel and it would be fixed. It wasnt fixed. When we asked about it again they said it may be fixed the next day. But then later we were told it may not be fixed again the next day. I have a feeling its what they are telling guests to get them to stay. The floors in our room were not vacuumed and had stains that were crusty so you know they've not been clean in a long time. Theb pillows were hard again not changed in a long while. It was hot and uncomfortable so we didnt sleep at all. We will be asking for a refund. The place has potential but maybe there's no financial capacity to maintain this hotel. It was very quiet and very few guests. I would require at the hotel before booking to ensure the amenities are working and available at this property.

1. Website said 24 hour check in, which was the main reason we chose this hotel, because we were going to arrive after midnight. When we arrived it was closed and we had a note with a number to call, and a 20min wait to be checked-in. We were chastised by the manager saying "we close reception at 10pm". Not happy. 2. The hotel is advertised as a Spa hotel, another reason for booking over other locations. I also informed my partner that while I worked she could enjoy Spa etc. Not even a pool. When we arrived we were told the Spa did not work and had not worked for some time. False advertising. 3. The breakfast was minimal and basic, not 4 Star. Very disappointing. 4. My friend booked there because I booked there. Her room was bad and smelt like sewage. She only told me this as we left, and she was too kind to complain. The hotel was sub-standard. 5. Overall the hotel was old, tired, poorly maintained and spartan. I rarely write bad reviews, I stay at many hotels around the world (I'm a gold traveller), I feel this was one of the worst and falsely advertised. I will ask for a refund.

Overall not a bad hotel for comfort and it was mostly clean. Staff was clueless

I frequent the area a lot on business and had no idea about this Gem. For sure I will stay every time I am in the area.

Wir waren zu 4 mit einem Kleinkind und können sagen dass war das letzte mal in diesem Hotel. (Schandfleck) Zimmer absolut nicht Sauber. Einer von uns hatte ein behinderten Zimmer (keine Dusche, kein richitiges Wc). Durch nachfrage ob ein Zimmer tausch möglich wäre wurden wir sofort darauf hingewissen ein tausch sei nicht möglich das gante Hotel sei Voll. Wir selber sahen nie wircklich viele leute weder durchs Hotel gehen noch in der Tiefgarage. Nicht wircklich freundliches Personal. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Von dem Essen oder Frühstück wollen gar nicht erst anfangen.

Area parcheggio vasta, ascebsore per raggiungere la reception. Check in non cosi veloce, camera spaziosa ma rovinata Bagno grande ma anche questo molto usurato ( la doccia non si chiudeva ,il getto dell'acqua debole, sgabello rotto, temperatura acqua o bollente o gelida). Colazione ok con vasta scelta ( cappuccino terribile ). Check out non cosi veloce non c era nessuno in reception. Consiglio solo per una notte
