Small suite with kitchen, comfortable bed. Clean when arriving but we didn’t get it cleaned the next days. Close to different options of transportation

We arrived very late it was clean and air conditioned

The location is not prime if you are focused on the DuPont/port area. we picked it for having parking garage, balcony, extra room and a small pleasant courtyard. It was a good choice for those reasons. There is a street market 2 blocks away, multiple grocery stores as well are close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pictures show a bit better than actual. I would stay again, and the price was reasonable for the place.

The location of this property is super convenient , only few minutes walk from metro and bus stations where you can travel to any corner of the city . the staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful . The only downside is around the property a bit dirty .

It was great overall. My only complaint is that my partner and I expected a double bed. Instead, we had two single beds pushed together. My partner fell through the center in the middle of the night. The beds slid apart.

The state of the hotel resembles nothing like the pictures. The place is filthy. There were massive stains on the carpets of the lift lobby and when we got to our room, there were people sleeping in the bed. The location is out of the way for any tourist. We did not even stay a night and checked into another hotel instead.

Exceptionally helpful staff with our auto. Good information on Marseille. Clean room. A/C fine. Street name and hotel name are not known by many in area so carefully use your map. Coffee machine in lobby but no breakfast. Nice feeling. Kitchenette useful for longer stays.

I booked a room with a double bed, but we ended up with two reunited single beds, and the irony was that the two mattresses were not even the same, I had a very firm and even hard mattress, while my partner had a very soft one, so the two mattresses kept on separated, and I woke up each day with a back ache. When I try to talk about it to the front desk, I've been told that nothing was promised to me, even though it was on the booking, and even though I paid more for it. I wouldn't have cared about the toilets flush being so weak, we had to push on it 3-4 times, and the mold around the bathtub.

Nice stay for a few nights while we toured Marseille. Hotel is kind of off the beaten path and on a quieter street, however there was a nice square full of restaurants and shops a few blocks away, easily within walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It did get a bit noisy in the mornings as housekeeping made their rounds, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

We arrived at 1.00am and went straight to bed but the next morning we noticed that the bed was full of sand as the floor was not cleaned properly.

Location is great. I would rather stay there then at the port. It is so easy to take a tram or a metro or even walk. The tram is very frequent, the ride is short and it is a pleasant experience. There is a supermarket nearby, there are places to eat. The property is clean, modern, the staff is friendly. Definitely a good place to stay.

Great when travelling to have your own cooking facilities

Convenient location and well stocked kitchen; very clean. A few teabags and instant coffee would have been appreciated.
