Super nice reception staffs, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. But don’t like the red room decoration.

Amazing place, love the decor!

Leaking seal on shower enclosure. Shower extremely small. Can't even bend over in any direction to soap my feet. Air condition set but never went cool. Room was warm all night AVOID AT ALL COST

It was average really. Needs to be updated in the rooms blobby area and outside was very nice

Review for the Hotel UNA in Florence, Italy Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. While the hotel looks modern, the rooms have several issues, both in appearance and functionality. We were first given a room with a damaged wall (as shown in the photo) and a malfunctioning bathroom. We reported it and were moved to another room, but in the second room, the sink and shower were clogged—they had to send a plumber just so we could use it. It was a disaster. I do not recommend this hotel. I’m sharing this review for the benefit of future guests

Excellent location 5 min walk to downtown

Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station.

The hotel was not a four-star hotel. It’s a two star hotel. There was a pungent odor in the rooms in the bathrooms were downright nasty.

This hotel is so weird. The shower was see through, the location was terrible and the decor was so dated.

All went very good, the staff was helpful and nice. Good location and nice facilities. Design of the bed was a bit uncomfortable to me and the shower needed some repairing. Breakfast was also nice.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, and was nice and clean. Said the waiter was absolute gold. So friendly and full of good humour.
