A wonderful stay in this lovely city hotel. Varied, locally sourced breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Really quiet and spacious bedrooms . In a great location for visiting all the main attractions in Vienna either walking ( if like us you dont mind a a few minutes walk ) or by using the metro which connects you to all just about anywhere you would want to visit including Schonbrunn.

The employees were very friendly, efficient and professional. They made this stay just wonderful. The reason for not five stars is because there was no coffee in room or in reception areas. And very limited food. The breakfast bar was good, byt I would like to see a coffee option in room or in receptionists, and mote options in the afternoon.

The hotel beds were very comfortable The updating work during the day prevented me from napping The place is being updated and will be ready sometime in the future I speak English and there were only German TV stations- only one of the five hotels we visited

We arrived early, they held our luggage. The front desk ladies were so nice and helpful with recommendations.... that were spot on! Great lication to walk everywhere. The best shnitzel is right across the street.room was clean with with an amazing balcony view. Would stay here again and again. Check out with gentleman was effortless.

The hotel is well-managed and the personnel are friendly. It is a good price for money and the location is relaxing, although the underground station (U1 Nestroyplatz) is on the same block. The room (double) is very spacious with a big window. The breakfast is not overly extensive but the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Unfortunately during my stay, there were some renovation works on-going around the noon time (11:00 - 14:00), and the elevator was being repaired so that I had to walk-up 6 floors. I understood that the situation was temporary. If I go back to Vienna in the future, it would definitely book in the same hotel.

Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. All staff were great! Breakfast was healthy and delicious but very, very busy. An extra coffee/tea machine would be really useful as there was sometimes a delay getting a drink. Very well placed for transport and perfect for our needs.

In a really good location, close to station and tube, far enough out of the city centre to escape the crowds, reception staff very friendly and helpful.

A terrific hotel run by extremely friendly and helpful people. It was perfectly located for what we intended to do in Vienna, right outside the U-bahn station and only two stops from the old town and cathedral. The hotel is family run, all the staff spoke good English and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel prides itself as being environmentally friendly, from the food that is served there to the bed linen and the cleaning materials used throughout the building. We were really impressed by their understanding of environmental responsibilities and what they were doing. Our room was quite large, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was private, also very clean, and along with the entrance / storage area was separated from the main room by a second door. The bed was large, extremely comfortable and the room was warm at all times. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice including breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts and cereals. There were home made juices, spreads, jams and granolas. Everything was tasty and left us with a feeling that we'd enjoyed a filling, healthy breakfast. We thought the hotel to be great value for money and would thoroughly recommend it for any traveller.

Amazing service

Very unassuming hotel from the outside, but very modern, clean, and comfortable hotel. The staff was very professional, helpful, and eager to assist. The hotel is located in a convenient yet quiet neighborhood that is 15 minutes from the historic center of Vienna and a 10 minute walk to Prater. Several restaurants within walking distance of hotel as well as a subway entrance across the street. Highly recommend the property.

We loved the Henriette, a unique hotel with great values. Lovely room, very spacious and well set out with everything we needed. Nice big bed and lovely bedding. Water provided daily, a kettle in room which I always prefer as a tea drinker, and lovely touches like a basket for recyclables, a complimentary half bottle of wine, and little messages from the staff. There’s a 24 hr food / drink station in the breakfast area where snacks, salads and drinks are available in an ‘honesty’ bar. The breakfast is fabulous with a great selection of meats, cheeses, breads, soft and hard boiled eggs, cereals,(home made granola!) yoghurts, fruit and drinks- this was a highlight! Great friendly 24 hr staff too at reception who were so helpful in providing info re places to visit and local restaurants. With the clean and efficient underground located via a lift about 10 metres away it was so easy to get around the city. And in a quiet location - we had the balcony door ajar one night- it works as a kind of window- ( the room was warm and prefer fresh air to air con) and there was no noise to disturb our sleep! A really lovely place to stay, highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

Lovely hotel in a terrific location to be able to walk to all that Vienna has to offer. Just outside the city, so much more quiet than properties within the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, spotless, well equipped and cleaned every day. The breakfast area was in my opinion slightly small for the size of the hotel, which was reflected in sometimes having to wait to be seated. That said, we never had t wait more than 5 minutes for a table. Overall I would recommend the property and would gladly stay there again.

Hotel was quiet and a short distance from the city centre by foot. Room was comfortable, though shower was a bit small. Breakfast was fairly typical continental breakfast, but well done.

Rooms very spacious and spotlessly clean

Location, awesome staff. My best part is the breakfast which is beyond anything I experienced before. Fresh, healthy, a lot of variety and delicious.
