The hotel room is clean and hygienic, and the front desk work number 92 is enthusiastic. I like it.

The room is old, needs to be renovated and the mattress seems to be lacking in kapok and somewhat collapsed.

Good rooms, strategic location and friendly and very helpful staff, and were given permission to check-in quickly around 8:00 am, clean rooms, indeed there was a TV / conversation sound that could be heard from the next room but not too disturbing for me and good breakfast.

Nice hotel. Free shuttle bus to canton fair. Breakfast is so so. Very crowded as its located in beijing road. Wish can come back again.

The location is near shopping malls and restaurants, a few blocks from the Metro. Rooms are comfortable and clean, it's a bit difficult to find the actual lobby of this hotel. But overall good.

One of the busiest times I have ever stayed but the staff seemed to pick up the pace without compromising their quality. I even had someone from the concierge to help me to get a local travel agent to plan my domestic trips this time.

Having stayed here every 6 months for the last 3 years made me notice how much improvement this hotel has made. They always try to make things better and it's such a great thing to notice in Guangzhou (some hotels do not make this kind of effort, even are getting worse).

Good, just as we expected with some improvement from the last visit

Overall, it's good. It's even better than 12 months ago in November 2015. It is improved on looks, services and meals. The only 2 not-so-good things are our bed sheets and etc. They were only changed once in 5 nights even when we asked for it 3 times already. And some spots in the room looked so dusty. But we'd still give it 4/5.

This hotel is clean and everything is okay. For the next travel, I will come back again.

Check-in time is too long, front office staff was not friendly and lied that the hotel was no connecting rooms when connecting already full, it is not there in the hotel. 2x check in time I'm connecting rooms and front office staff yeah-right but in reality only two adjoining rooms without connecting door that was given to us. Front office staff on average not too friendly towards the guests including us. We will not be booking another room at this hotel. Very disappointing.
