Staff was over the top amazing. Always friendly and made me feel cared for. Food was not good. Breakfast or dinner. Restroom sink had mold and shower did not always have hot water.

The hotel is good, it only needs an upgrade in the rooms and the gym! The gym is very limited, small, and outdated.

Apesar de se hospedar 5 vezes no hotel, ainda eles não tem cadastro dos hóspedes, infelizmente pedem documentos e dados toda vez que retornamos , um absurdo E nunca disponibilizaram o quarto antes das 14 hrs Não tem nada de cortesia, como água e up grade Necessita urgente uma reforma

Very nice stay in a nice, safe neighborhood. Only problem was getting out of low bed in the morning with my stiff back.

The hotel is well located in a nice neighborhood which is a residential area, parking on the street might be a problem, Used valet parking is kind of expensive side at 36 Real (R$) per night; the hotel looks nice the rooms are standard (on the OK Side) the bathroom is dated, amenities are there but quite standard; Negatives: there was hair everywhere in the shower stall which wasn’t mine, was kind of a turn off; the beds I did had two twin beds and they were comfortable Nothing spectacular but niceand I had a good night of rest. Breakfast was not included, R$ 68 per person. fresh fruit and a good variety of other things like baked items and some protein like scrambled eggs and ham cheese etc.

Great place to stay in Campinas. Very well located, clean and comfortable. One small downside is that there is no parking so you need to find on the street.
