Had a great time. Kids loved the ice cream that was provided nightly. Their breakfast was very good as well. Would stay again!

Extraordinary hotel

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was respectful and accommodating. The only complaint is that the mechanical sounds of the elevators could be heard all night and early morning from our room and there were multiple rooms between us and the elevator.

The hotel is modern and very conveniently located. The staff is outstanding - they really go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful.

Dogs barking on 4th floor at midnight. Not sure the sheets were changed. Only one sink in bathroom. Heating/Cooling unit rattled some.

It was nice

This was one of the worst stays I have had at a hotel in many years. Air Conditioning was very loud, had to switch rooms once, TV service didn't work consistently in either room. Internet was out, which wasn't their fault, but still added to things. Also, they were working on the roof adding a lot of noise and no apparent compensation for any of it. Staff was ok and breakfast, including coffee, was good. That is the only good thing really.

Great Property, pet friendly. We will come back again.

Nice location, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Power was out at the hotel this morning. No backup generator so no elevators. No air conditioning, no lights. Luggage had to be carried downstairs due to no elevators. No breakfast available.

I have stayed at this hotel before, as well as its other locations, and it has always been a good experience. Unfortunately, this past visit, construction was happening for multiple hours of the morning into the early afternoon which was incredibly disruptive to both sleep and work through. We had not been given notice about the construction occurring, which was disappointing and unpleasant.

LOVED this property! The hotel was fresh and clean!! The breakfast was great and had many options to choose from. . It is located off of the main roads so it was nice and quiet. I highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped on the property everything was fabulous. The front desk was always warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast bar exceeded my expectations, the only suggestion would be more vegetarian options. Top notch stay!
