Clean room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Was happy that parking was available (for a fee) close to the hotel.

I love the location and some of the rooms have wonderful views.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. We were pleased with our room, but there were a couple of issues. First there was no adequate lighting for the two twin beds. The light that was there, was dim, and the lampshade was broken. Second, the sofa was in poor condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The location is great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was good and affordable. Would have loved some black tea bags and cold milk for tea making in the room.

It is an amazing location and even though the area was very loud on a long-weekend, our room was very quiet (it faced a back road).

Great central location, but I’d love to give it a better rating. I was on the first floor (European 2nd) on the alley side of the building away from the main square. It was quite noisy until 1-2AM and also again at 6 AM in the morning. Earplugs worked for me. The shower isn’t for tall people. I’m 6’2” and unfortunately, there is a bar that goes across the top of the shower to hold a glass panel in place. It’s about 6 feet. This could be just my room, I don’t know. Other than that, though, the staff was extraordinarily nice and accommodating.
