Convenient place to stay for the Trains.

Well located and very clean

Superb hotel in Lille close to everything. Nice and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location opposite Euro Lille station. Comfortable good size rooms, fresh linen daily. Check in/check out was quick. Breakfast is decent but no variety. Everyday is the same. Cleaning staff often don't replace hand towels after ckearing soiled ones Safe battery dead. Requested to fix..5 days later nothing was done. I think Hikton can do better.

Much better than expected. Newly refurbished and convenient for Eurostar

Convenient. Comfortable. However, don't think a Nescafé coffee sachet good enough for this type of hotel (luckily i brought my own coffee bags) and didn't like the hand held oddly shaped shower; also found the shower tray slippy when the water initially hit. But slept well and didn't hear the traffic which was good.

Great hotel part from the fact I had a terrible experience as when I returned the hotel has looked me out of my room ..it then transpired that they thought I owed them money as I was down as the previous guest and they had mixed my room up with someone else’s ..this was midnight so I wasn’t in the mood for 50min games and the reception guy was addimant …

Just over the road from the station, so very handy for early starts and also not having to go far on arrival at Lille Europe (it's visible as you leave the station). Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit bland and lacking atmosphere, but I don't suppose people stay there for that. The only weakness was the poor WiFi - at a Hilton, I'd expect it to be better

We liked that the Gare de Lille Europe and a huge shopping mall were across the street from the hotel. The restaurant was good for breakfast lunch and dinner. Our room was quiet and the beds comfortable. We could have used hand bars in the shower as the shower was slippery. I purchased a tapis de Bain which worked well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay!

This property is right next to the Lille Europe train station so extremely convenient. It is just about a quarter of mile walk to get to downtown Lille ane from there to all the Bistrots and cafes.

We spent a night in an executive room with a rolled out sofa bed. The bed was creaky, the carpet and the toilet were stained. The bathroom is a glass cube sitting in the middle of the room, I didn’t love it as I was traveling with my daughters and would have enjoyed more privacy when showering. The staff was very nice and efficient and the breakfast offers were varied. Extremely convenient, could not be closer to transportation and restaurants. So overall a mixed bag.

The AC did not work. We tried, the staff tried. There was no air coming out at all. The room was miserably warm and uncomfortable. The bathroom was not private. Ok if traveling with a romantic partner. The glass around the shower was not all frosted.

Convenient to the train station and town. Room had a terrible smell. Only stayed one night.

AC did not work in the room which staff failed to mention upon checkin. Room was very hot with no ventilation or fans
