Habitación 312 Sábado 12 Agosto 2023 4:00 PM El día sábado 12 dormí una siesta en la tarde, me desperté y dejé un arete de oro en la cama y salí a comprar comida, al regresar 30 minutos después habían entrado a limpiar el cuarto y el arete ya no estaba ni en la cama ni en la habitación. En mi ausencia entraron al mismo tiempo dos personas al cuarto, una mujer a limpiar que tendió la cama y tuvo que haber visto el arete y un hombre para fijar el porta toallas del baño. Pregunté en recepción si habían reportado el arete y me dijeron que no, me parece muy mal servicio que en 30 minutos se pierda algo tan valioso en un cuarto de hotel y que no me hayan logrado dar una solución. Hotel was near shopping areas, which was very convenient.

It was close to catching a cab or shopping. The air conditioner didn’t work in our room and they blamed it on the window in our room. We couldn’t use the tables down stairs to sit at and eat even tho there wasn’t a table or area in our room to do so. The reception wouldn’t call us a cab we had to walk down to the street. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work because they were burned out. No fridge in room or table and no iron. Remade our bed with the same dirty sheets every day that had spilled salsa on them from days before of not having a table in the room.

The rooms were hot and dirty. When asked to switch they accommodated the switch but the room was not good. There was hair the sink, the ironing board was broke, the iron was burnt, the safe did not work.

Everything is fine for your stay

the location, price and room was amazing, however the toilet didn't work for 2 days

Location is convenient , place need huge upgrade , rooms are to small and furniture is no friendly , price to high for the amenities
