This is my second time staying there and I will definitely go back. It’s a beautiful resort. Great amenities, beautiful pools, great staff and no kids!

Excellent hotel

Ibiza perfect. Perfect for groups partying in the evenings in town but relaxing by the pool daytime(quality lounge chairs and enough for all(spring)), while also perfect for couples to enjoy the space as well. Clean, spacious, good food, kind staff, nice sunset. 20 to 50yo. Very enjoyable.

Beautiful luxurious resort, the best roof top bar on the island

Lovely hotel would recommend to upgrade to "The One" VIP to make use of the exclusive lounge. But food & amenities we're wonderful. Would be happy to return.

Amazing stay!

All staff were amazing, from reception to the restaurant to the pool area. Breakfast was first class, Rooms very modern and nice view. Rooftop pool bar had breathtaking views and many sunbeds. The two main pools had waiter service and a DJ from 2pm daily.The gym had views over the sea. An excellent all round hotel. I would highly recommend.

Breakfast was very good. There was plenty of food and a wide variety. One of the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel in Europe.

Property seemed in its infancy a lot you expect just wasn’t there. No phone line to call reception, no shower gel in the shower it’s outside the shower, none of the food is labelled etc. Nice hotel but the sandy beach is smelly and black sand and there is nothing local at all

Nice place for a fun relaxing vacation

Lovely hotel, looks the part and is kept spotlessly clean. Food and drinks not good - buffet breakfast was way too busy and food was cold / not available, service at lunch slow and an awful experience at dinner (wrong main course, replacement took forever to come). We upgraded to "the one", it was ok, no ability to take drinks onto the beach, limited branded drinks and the food was not worth it (looked great, lacked taste and variety) Drinks from the rooftop bar were a hit or miss - espresso martini either too sweet or too bitter. The beach at the hotel could do with adaily clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location in the bay - lovely sunset view at night. Not sure I'd return tho...

Poor information at the check in desk, tried to charge us for not booking a table in the restaurant on check out despite us being told by staff mid week that we didnt need to as they "know us now" and reception was too busy to reserve us a table the evening a storm caused leaks in reception. The staff all over are very friendly, accomodating. Food excellent, smells beautiful all over the hotel, pool areas well maintained and one of the best buffets on the island. Would return again and would recommend.

Fantastic property with excellent facilities.

Pretty much perfect in every way unless you have a food intolerance. Wonderful hotel, beautifully styled, never overly busy, great music and overall vibe. Delicious food but the hotel needs to improve its approach to food intolerances and ensure it avoids cross contamination where possible. We will be back next year - no doubt.

Great vibe in the hotel, music playing and live acts around the pool. Staff serving drinks at the pool made frequent visits to us checking on food and drink requirements. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and good quality food. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel but a bit far from downtown Ibiza

Amazing hotel.. smells amazing, clean and well kept. The one lounge is worth every penny and very convenient after checkout. I would highly recommend.
