The Staff were extremely friendly. The room was great, although i would have like cofffee making facilities in the room. Pool and Sauna were great. Breakfast was amazing!

Property was great! Breakfast buffet every morning was fantastic and the staff were so kind and welcoming.

Overall it was a nice hotel and we would likely stay here again. However, we had booked a family room and were given options of 4 twin beds or 2 twin and bunk beds. We chose the option without bunk beds since we were 4 adults (2 couples). On check-in, we found out that they only have a bunkbed option - no 4 twin bed option for 4 adults. This was disappointing as we chose this hotel over another one because they had an option without bunk beds. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel, a comfortable and clean room, and the breakfast spread was very nice and had many options. The service from the staff was great at every point of contact.

Decent hotel. Nowhere near mariot despite the same price range.

Room was not so clean. No air conditioning so the room was hot as hell after 9am. 25 degrees outside. At 29degrees it is unbearable. Breakfast was the highlight. Staff quite helpful. Stay in weather under 25degrees. No bar fridge is annoying. European standards are much lower than the west.

Very slow check-in, first room we got was not cleaned, had ordered top floor did not get it. Ventilation made lound banging noise throughout the stay. Not a pleasant stay at all.

The facilitates at the hotel was very good but getting to and from the hotel by other than car or taxi is very difficult and that could be improved a lot. And then the thing with not getting rooms cleaned could be inform more precis - I didn't know that I had to ask to get my room clean and get new towels

Hotel states there is free parking but does not provide information verbally or in writing regarding a need for a permit. We ended up getting a parking ticket in the hotel parking lot. Went to the hotel front desk and they stated they could do nothing about it even though it is thier parking lot. Told them we were not aware of the need for the permit, they did not care. Called corporate customer service. They called the hotel and hotel stated there were signs everywhere about the parking in different languages. That is untrue. Very unwilling to fix problem. Had to pay $48.00 to park in thier free parking. Paying the parking ticket was no easy matter either. The room was okay, the customer service in all regards was horrible.

Out of town hotel that sees bus tours and local workers spend a few nights. The buffet food was great, but overall let down by lack of daily housekeeping and some repair issues e.g. Iron was poor condition and unsafe, reported it but nothing done.

It`s a great place if you look for value for money with only a short commute to Stockholm. The surrounding area is not overly walking friendly even though there`s ample shopping opportunities nearby. Located south of Stockholm so not the best option if you fly in or out of Arlanda.
