Bra hotel med trevlig personal och god frukost.

The Room was fine, all the activities for kids was great. But the evening menu was very poor. The beef filled have the size of the bun, the ketchup was selfinvented and tasted mostly like pure tomato pure, not kid friendly.. Just a poor experience dinning

Perfekt att stanna och sova på! Tyst och skön säng. Trevlig restaurang med bra middag och frukost.

Nice Hotel. But as for all Scandic hotels in Sweden the breakfast is terrible. especially the bacon which doesn’t look or taste as bacon, the pancakes which should not be allowed to be called pancakes and the sausages are made from chicken which make me feel sick. Most other Swedish hotels serve a great breakfasts, but not Scandic.

Bra frukost, men middag var inte vad man förväntar på Scandic hotell

Ett toppen hotell. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal i både reception och restaurang. Fina, rena rum. Jättegod och bra frukost med allt vi önskade. Ett plus att man kunde låna cyklar av hotellet då det var lätt att ta sog runt med cykel i Karlstad. Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt boende

Long walk to room, but hotel was nice. Good buffet.

Room was bigger than other hotels we stayed at in Scandinavia. Clean with nice shower. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. There was plenty of parking which was not the case at other hotels. Short walk to town center.

It is a nice area and safe and clean. It is relatively old hotel. We got a room very far from the front desk which is inconvenient.

Absolutely ok room, comfortable bed. Boring view of a hotel wing. Dirty worn bathroom, really nice breakfast, lovely view of the river

Jättegod frukost och rensa å fräsha rum. Testade poolen på kvällen å bastun, skönt! Själva hotellet skulle väll kanske behövas fräshas upp men inget som jag störs av så sammantaget ett jättebra hotell

This hotel was great. The staff was professional, friendly, caring, and very helpful. It was convenient, clean, and quiet. There were tour buses full of people, but the property was always quiet. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The dinner was excellent. The next time I am in Sweden I will stay here again. I like to stay in Scandic hotels while in Sweden. We are loyal customers!

Bra läge där det är enkelt att parkera och gångavstånd in till centrum, fina rena rum och bra service på hotellet. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Litet 4-bäddsrum som badade i sol och var mycket varmt när vi checkade in, fanns ingen ac, bara fläkt. Smuts (naglar eller hudflikar?) under madrassen, svarta hårstrån på madrasskydden. Fönster åt vägen (E18) och vi var tvungna att ha fönstret öppet på natten pga varmt, så man hörde ju trafiken. Men trevlig personal, bra med parkering och trevlig lagom promenad längs vattnet in till stan.

Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast had lots of good choices. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was ok for one night and the breakfast was excellent, but the room was not exactly clean (Found hairs in the shower and under the bed after I dropped something) and it was kind of tight for 2 people. Nice view though!

Fantastisk plats för familjen

Renhold på rommene var ikke tilfredstillende utført. Det var blant annet litt grus på gulvet.
