Another excellent stay, polite and friendly staff

The Staff and service at the hotel were great! It lacks some amenities like central air so I always felt hot. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating! Thanks to Leslie from catering, Nicholas as the front desk And Felix for making our trip memorable!

Room was too basic for a 4 star hotel! Not even providing mini bar or kettle. Lack of staffs at reception, turned out they are all having breakfast. Breakfast was too pricey for a very limited items, everything was cold, empty for breakfast buffet at 10:00am on Sunday when the breakfast time is until 11am.

Ein gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip ; ruhig gelegen trotz des benachbarten Ruhr Park Einkaufszentrums und Autobahnen. Empfehlenswert Einschränkungen Es fehlt ein Safe im Zimmer Für einträgliche Zimmerreinigung muss man sich aktiv bis morgens 08:30 an der Rezeption melden. Was wenn man länger schläft? Diese Verfahrensweise finden wir sehr unpraktisch. Besser ist da das gewohnte Schild für die Tür. Natürlich muss der beauftragte Service auch später kontrollieren, ob noch Zimmer eine Reinigung wünschen.

Super comfortable beds, nice staff, close to spa. Breakfast was great, too. Only downside was that they ran out of some breakfast items an hour before breakfast was supposed to end. Long lines for coffee machine. Nice tea selection. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for one night. Everything was as it should have been: friendly (and helpful!) staff, clean room, easy check-in and check-out, plentiful parking (free). Special mention for the breakfast buffet which had a good selection and was replenished often. You know you're in good hands when you see Ronnefeldt Tea offered!

Clean property but somewhat dated. Great shower. All communication in German - not helpful for non-German travelers.

Nice hotel. A quiet location but a little noisy from a combination of poor acoustics throughout and close to a busy train track.

It provided everything we needed from a comfortable bed to a great buffet breakfast. Large car park made life easy
