The room was amazing but it’s the staff that made the stay perfect. Marco and Constantina were above and beyond amazing!

Cuarto silencioso. Ya está un poco viejo y hay habitaciones en donde hay paredes con esquinas descarapeladas, en general se siente que le falta mantenimiento. El restaurante muy bien y los alimentos deliciosos. El personal del hotel atento y eficiente. La zona de la alberca es muy bonita.

I liked everything. The only exception was on the pool the restaurant did not provide a good service.

Our stay at Plaza Camelinas was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a fabulous restaurant and pool. The rooms are normal hotel rooms, but have everything you need to enjoy your stay with modern bathrooms and amenities. I would highly recommend Plaza Camelinas to anyone visiting Queretaro!

Property would be rated higher if not for a handicap ramp that is not clearly marked creating a trip hazard. While wearing flip flops, I ended up with a black and blue big toe. Secondly, there was confusion whether a breakfast buffet was included.

The hotel has a play area for children; unfortunately, it is not bolted down and seems unsafe when children are in the swing. The pool was busy, and the following day, when we went to the pool, the water looked cloudy and dirty as if it had not been cleaned the night before. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of repairs. The food in the restaurant was basic. I recommend going out to eat elsewhere.

We are from USA. This place is different from the pictures on the website, and only the lobby is clean. Room was not cleaned properly, and there was a pervasive foul odor emanating from the bathroom.
