Hotel is nice but the beds in our soon we’re so uncomfortable and the cleaning was poor.

El hotel está bien y tranquilo. Todo muy limpio y presentable. El staff no se toma el tiempo de orientarte mucho en cuanto a las instalaciones y servicios. La alberca es bonita y climatizada, pero la zona donde puedes nadar en realidad es muy chica, más de dos tercios son chapoteadero. El "gym" es demasiado precario, ni lo llamaría gym. La habitación esta bien, pero el colchón incluso en la habitación "ejecutiva" es muy duro. Dentro de las limitaciones nos la pasamos bien.

Cuarto silencioso. Ya está un poco viejo y hay habitaciones en donde hay paredes con esquinas descarapeladas, en general se siente que le falta mantenimiento. El restaurante muy bien y los alimentos deliciosos. El personal del hotel atento y eficiente. La zona de la alberca es muy bonita.

I liked everything. The only exception was on the pool the restaurant did not provide a good service.

Our stay at Plaza Camelinas was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a fabulous restaurant and pool. The rooms are normal hotel rooms, but have everything you need to enjoy your stay with modern bathrooms and amenities. I would highly recommend Plaza Camelinas to anyone visiting Queretaro!

Property would be rated higher if not for a handicap ramp that is not clearly marked creating a trip hazard. While wearing flip flops, I ended up with a black and blue big toe. Secondly, there was confusion whether a breakfast buffet was included.
