The museum and location

Hotel is well rundown needs lots of renovation and upkeep.

A beautiful hotel, however I reserved two rooms one for my husband, daughter & I and another one for my dad and his family & for both it took about 40 minutes for the hot water to run, my father and his family had to shower with cold water. I let the water run until hot water came out but they did not know. The towels were so hard and dry they felt nasty. The tv was in an area that you could not plug it in to watch it which made no sense. Then in the restroom some kind of dry wall plaster thing kept chipping falling all over the bathroom sink and my stuff, I took pictures of it.

Buen lugar, bonito y agradable, y o lo único que resaltaría como observación, para mi gusto seria los colchones son un poco incomodos tal vez sea hora de cambiarlos, y la TV es muy pequeña. tal vez eso ayudaría a brindar una mejor experiencia.

El hotel es antiguo pero muy colonial y tiene muchos a servicios así como el recorrido por la mina :) , tuve una situación y el gerente fue muy amable. Únicamente sugeriría mayor limpieza y mantenimiento en las habitaciones

Me encanta hospedarme aqui. Sólo que el agua caliente es poca por ser de energia solar.

Muy bonito hotel colonial solo que lo tienen muy abandonado los jardines pésimos restaurante sin servicio en los cuartos se puede encontrar asta arañas nesecita mucha atención

El agua en la regadera y en el lavabo no se drena muy bien, y encontramos una cucaracha en el cuarto

Horrible este lugar para quedarse! Los baños huelen todo el cuarto a caño según viene con un control remoto para la tele pero no te lo dan ! tiene agua la piscina pero está bien fría el agua y el yacusi no caliente el servicio es terrible! Según tiene internet incluido pero no sirve no funciona!no vuelvo a quedarme aquí me cobraron una tuaya y no me la dieron !! Es un robo de dinero este lugar !

El hotel esta en excelente ubicación, es muy grande y tiene piscina pero con agua bastante fria. Definitivamente es un hotel que por lo años ya necesita una remodelacion o al menos mantenimiento. La atención? Noes mala, pero podría mejorar.
