Very nice staff, the building itself looks amazing, however the rooms are a bit dated. The kids got nicely wrapped panentone presents on the reception randomly one day which was a very nice gesture and it made their day.

Wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful with information about the local area. Wish we could have stayed longer. Located high in the hills with great views.

Upscale stay and dinner

Beautiful villa and excellent breakfast. The room was tiny and I expected something a little more upscale.

I loved staying at this hotel. Two staff members stood out - Patrick (front desk) and Lucia (dining staff). They were polite, professional, and very good at their jobs! The only disappointing thing was the dinner. It appeared to be very disorganized, a couple of dining the staff were confused on our order and brought out an appetizer with the other persons main meal then wouldn’t bring out my meal because my dining partner had waited for my main meal to be served. My last comment is, it’s an international group and much of the dining staff did not speak English at all, which was very difficult for me and other guest, who did not speak Italian, but spoke English, French, Danish, Dutch, and so forth.

Amazing place and wonderful staff.

The hotel is a former 18th century villa set in the Berico hills just a short distance from Vicenza. It is beautifully maintained by a staff that could not be more attentive. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We especially enjoyed cocktails on the patio overlooking the lawn and hills in the fistance.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic setting on a top of the hill. Very clean and comfortable room. Easy day trip to many destinations. We like it very much!

Beautiful surroundings. Room and bathroom a bit dated and could use painting. Breakfast very mediocre and at this star rating and price point, coffee out of a machine is unacceptable.

My mother and I had a great time at this hotel. She was visiting from the States for Mothers Day. She was comfortable and impressed. The local and service were outstanding. The staff were always helpful and approachable. I will be back on my own to relax here and get away from work and city life. I highly recommend.

I loved this place so much. I am a US Army soldier stationed in Vicenza. I brought my mother to Italy for holiday. She really enjoyed this hotel, it's history and the magnificent views. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. I will come again on my own if I need a weekend away. This is quite a hidden gem.

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay and an ideal spot to visit Vicenza , the Villa’s Verona , Padova and the whole region. Impeccable service and warm welcome ! I have rarely seen such an exceptional quality for the price 👌
