The breakfast was very good, The pool nice and clean.

Front desk girls were very nice but couldn't help me with any concerns and no management was ever available. The common areas were clean and looked fine. It was maze of poorly lite courtyards to get to my room. The room I received was very run down, with stains on the walls and floors, holes in the wallpaper, gaps in the floor. It had a flimsy lock on the balcony door over looking a gross seating area and chain link fenced parking lot with a view of the highway. Unfortunately I had prepaid for a week with no refunds allowed. And was not allowed to checkout early. I didn't even stay the night, because the area wasn't safe for a female traveling alone. I've never had an experience like this before. I've never needed to checkout early. But the pictures and reviews on the website did not depict what I received or experienced.

The location was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were on the bottom floor so unfortunately our room was covered in ants every morning.

INFESTED with COCKROACHES, they are everywhere. For 150 euro a night you can enjoy cockroach show. It was a true nightmare. Swimming pool water smells bad. Dirty, dated rooms and incredibly rude staff. General manager is incompetent and uninterested in customer. Location is ugly, beach is far . Do not book here is my best advice.

everything was good, except the luck of wall soundproof that need to be looked at, if you get a noisy neighbour you will suffer, overall go for it

Hotel was clean and had a very nice pool,however the wifi in our room did not work and they didnt offer any help or discount for us. The food in the buffet for breakfast was ice cold every morning which was very disappointing!

The last few reviews on other sites weren’t that positive about Ona Diana, but I have to say, I was really impressed with this site. The rooms were great, staff really helpful, pool area super clean, and great food and drinks available.

Brilliant stay. Went away with my dad to watch the football over a few days. Twin room was lovely, very clean, spacious enough with AC, clean towels daily and beds made. Good selection of foods for breakfast, (didn’t have the evening meals) Supermarket right next door with an Aldi across the road and a huge selection of restaurants either side of the hotel. Pool was also really nice and clean around the outside. Staff were also very friendly, always helpful and brilliant. The location might seem a little out of Puerto Banus and Marbella, however, the front desk were always helpful when booking taxis to get to where we needed t, they arrived in good time and only cost €10-€15 Would definitely recommend and would stay again if the football is located nearby once more

I had a very pleasant stay, great breakfast just did not use the pool as I was working sadly but overall I would stay there again. Localisation is ok between estepona and Marbella

This is really a working person's hotel along with casual travellers. If you bear that in mind, it's fine. Friendly staff. Shops and restaurants quite close, plenty of parking, although local residents have marked some spots as theirs with makeshift signs. If you are on holiday the pool and sunbathing areas are good and uncrowded if a little noisy from the motorway. Wifi needs a bit of a boost.
