The hotel was lovely and clean, the pool was nice and super clean! the staff were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the experience :)

Convenient location, close to nice restaurants and bars, good breakfast, quiet cool rooms.

Renovation of the promenade in front of the hotel was unbearable. From early until late. Hotel should have had that in their details when booking.

Nothing great

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the main area in Palma. The room had everything we needed but was not the cleanest- mostly due to ware and tear.

Nice staff but the room was very dated. Also no aircon as it was on heat only.

Excellent base to stay in Palma , 15 minutes walk into the centre. Very clean hotel and the breakfasts were superb

Good location for auditorium

We had a great stay. Breakfast was amazing. Esperanza at the front desk was beyond helpful when we asked to be moved to another room. Will be back.

Quiet location just 10 mins walk from the cathedral. Spacious and clean room. Great view of the harbor. Many restaurants near by. Staffs are very professional and friendly.

Hotel Bellver is in a great location and is competitively priced. However. The rooms seriously need refurbishment. On the city side of the Hotel the double glazing is inadequate to stop the road noise. The marina side rooms are better but there are road works in front of the hotel that have been going on for over a year and have another year left! During winter, the AC system only gives out heat so on warm winter days. Of which Mallorca has many!, you have to open windows and suffer more noise! The bathrooms are really outdated.

I stay here every time I come to Palma for work related stays. The rooms are big and well appointed and all have a balcony with a decent view. I like the staff here as they are friendly and efficient
