The hotel is in bad need of renovations

Fine for an overnight stay. I particularly appreciated the nice coffee/tea tray. The internet went out and there were few electrical outlets to plug in devices. No lift to the second floor, which was a bit odd. But clean and comfy bed.

reception staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. The patio was great. Not the best neighborhood but safe for daytime and close to grocery store and shopping. Easy pickup for excursions.

Central location in Alice Springs. We stayed one night before leaving for Uluru Room was a good size and comfortable We were able to leave a bag with them for a few days WiFi was intermittent at best

There is frequent noise from the metal scaffolding expanding from the heat. Happens multiple times a day, occasionally at night

Staff were really good. Special mention to house keeping staff and Jim the maintenance guy. Very friendly and very attentive.

Noisy at night - no attempt to ask guests to lower noise after midnight. Bathroom quite tight and shower taps labelled wrongly. Otherwise comfortable and convenient

Easy location for tour and airport pickups. Great staff who made sure that as a lone female traveler I felt safe and were kind and friendly.

This hotel is in city center. No sleep at all due to fights with aborigines both in hotel and on the street. I do not recommend single women stay here. Dangerous to go out of hotel. Stay near the Hilton or Crowne hotels for safer accommodations.

For the price this is an excellent place. The staff is nice, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean.

A few amenities were amiss when we arrived, but staff and mgmt were quick to rectify things.

Room door didn't shut properly, massive tear in carpet, odd stains on duvet cover, a bathroom that looks like it was last updated in 1930 and peeling walls.

Big spacious rooms. Bit dated but clean and comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi. Kettle and fridge in rooms. Small pool. Central location

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shopping and dining places within walking distance. Front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Front desk is staffed 24 hrs so convenient when something is needed.
