Amazing Breakfast, Great staff, best location, nice Bar and dine comfy room

Decent place for a short stay

We entered the room and it was a little dirty from the previous residents. There were chocolate and plastic remains and the reception employee was rude. He did not take into consideration our preparing our bags and putting them in the car. One of them said you can stay until we arrange your things and the other employee called and said why haven’t you left yet and we were five minutes late. His manner was bad. In addition, we forgot some things in the room and we went back to ask about them and we were sure and they said we didn’t find anything. What can we do for you? As for me, I will not return to the hotel again.

Only one lift working and some determination since last visit. Also problems charging drinks etc to room even though paid deposit on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kraków — it’s located just minutes walking distance from the Old Town, making it ideal for sightseeing and exploring the city on foot. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with directions and recommendations. We didn’t try the breakfast as it wasn’t included in our stay, but everything else met our expectations. A great place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend and return on our next visit to Kraków!

The hotel is very modern, clean and tied. The location is ideal for easy access to the old town square. The staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel and staff were excellent it was in walking distance to the old city close to numerous restaurants, shops, and sites!
