Convenient location, safe and quite

The property was ok. The only thing is that there's an odor from the carpet in the hallways to the rooms.

Awful experience. The positive side is yhat i only stayed 1 night. I was sleeping and at 1 am a very disturbing noise woke me up. I realized there was a party going on below me! The windows and floor were rattling, it was incredible noisy. I called the front desk and they kne about the party. An electronic party on a common area not suited for parties just below the rooms. It is nuts! The party went on until 5 am even i called the police. This is supposed to be a hotel, so you can sleep and rest. Not a nightclub. Never coming back

The room had a strong, musty smell of mold that made it hard to relax or sleep. I tried airing it out, but nothing helped. While the location and service were decent, the odor made the stay very unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless the issue is properly addressed.

Property is ok. A bit old with character.

El primer día que llegamos la habitación que nos toco estaba inundada si bien es cierto nos cambiaron, los cuartos son demasiado antiguos, no tienen escritorio para trabajar lo cuál ahora no es un "wish" sino un "must", la comida terrible en el desayuno y super limitada, además super grasosa y nada balanceada. El hotel realmente esta en decadencia

The hotel staff was good. Special commendations to Ivan at the desk. The breakfast was great. Restaurant was average. Rooms were spacious but a little older fashioned, but cosy. Location is excellent.

Not a good place to stay

The concierge’s were incredible. The front desk was not well informed, about how things functioned at the hotel. I had no towels, washcloths, hand towels, on Monday, when I checked in. After repeatedly asking the front desk. I received two towels. I received one more towel on Tuesday. Friday, when housekeeping cleaned my room, they took my towels. I had to go to the front desk, and repeatedly, ask for towels, again. I did not use housekeeping for three of the six days that I stayed there, including my final weekend. Housekeeping were not responsive to resolving issues, that normal housekeeping would resolve, on the spot. The building is older, and maintenance has not kept up with the repairs. I would not recommend the restaurant, or staying there. Although it is convenient to many places, there are a plethora of places within 500 meters, that better serve their guests. I have been traveling for four weeks, and relying on the places that I stayed for laundry service. It cost me $53USD for 6 t-shirts, 2 long sleeve shirts, 2 shorts, and a laundry bag. I paid more for laundry, than the previous three weeks of service, all combined.

Loved the staff the property around and the facilities

My son and I spent 4 nights at this hotel. Pros: - The hotel is located near many restaurants, cafes, fast food restaurants and mini marts so there were many dining options. - 7 minute walk to Soho City Center. - Close to diverse home furniture and fittings stores. - Close to nail and beauty salons. - Close to Panamanian clothing department stores. - Close to many embassies. - Tour company in reception area, if you require their service. - Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. - Pool and jacuzzi. Also had a kiddie pool. - Sauna, Gym and pickleball court on compound. Cons: - Not close to any attractions (Panama Canal, Cinta Costera, Plaza de Francia, Cerro Ancon, Museo de Mola). - The hotel corridor smelt wet and musty when we were walking to our room. - The room, although cleaned, also had a wet carpet smell. I complained to the reservation desk and a hotel staff came with a fragrant spray and sprayed our room. It didn't help as much and asked for another room. The other room didn't had any wet carpet smell and it was a bigger room. - Breakfast wasn't included in amount but if you wanted breakfast at the hotel, it cost PAB10.00 or USD10.00 - The shower temperature was lukewarm. - The pool temperature was very cold. Overall, this hotel is suitable for someone on a budget and if the management would remove and replace the carpets with vinyl or tiles and utilize the sun to solar heat the water, I would surely return. This hotel is beautiful and is in a central location.

Nice breakfast

Had a few issues with the room but the reception desk took care of it. Older hotel but they do the best they can. Some people who rent rooms do not care how they treat carpets or furniture. They make a big mess and don’t care. I know it’s not the hotels fault

The service and staff were quite excellent, however property needed help. My lamp gashed fire, when I'm trying to turn it on, bathroom had scuff marks, sheet dirty, big broken mirror, bathroom needed loads of upgrades

I would want to refund my money i am very dissatisfied
