I booked a room with a pull out sofa, but room that was given to me was just a queen bed. Call to request a roll away bed and it took 3 hours to get it to the room. They didnt have any other rooms available

The staff was great. However, the beds were marginal and the pillows are worn out. And the traffic on 14th street was awful. To turn left out of the property (to get to the main interstate), we usually had to turn right, drive a significant distance the other direction, then find a side street to turn around and come back the other way.

Great position, staff very friendly, rooms very good. Hotel clean and smart. Breakfast good - could maybe do with slightly more hot options - but still good. Plenty of free parking and numerous food outlets close by.

BUGS 🐛 BUGS AND MORE BUGS! Staff didn’t do anything or made any efforts to solve/ resolve just a shoulder shrug, Manger stood there like a telephone pole with no comments!! Stay away!!

Hotel is old and needs upgraded. There is no covered entry to facilitate loading/unloading out of the rain. There is no housekeeping on weekends which sucks. The carpet in the room was torn and wrinkled. The refrigerator had water or some liquid on the second shelf. This is definitely off the list of places to stay.

Great stay for one quick night. Only complaint was the pool water was frigid!

The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and kind.

The hotel seemed to be in need of some updates. They also don’t do a terrific job of cleaning the rooms. I opened a cabinet to look for something and it was filled with food trash from a previous guest.

Heat hotel! Location is simple to travel to, restaurant near by was amazing!

Clean and well kept hotel for a quick overnight stay!

The staff was so friendly! Easy access to museums, concert venues, old downtown Bentonville, and shopping! Make a point to visit the huge super Walmart in Rogers! It’s a test store for new products and it’s huge!!

Definitely not worth what we paid for. Room was musty like it had been smoked in and they were just hoping no one would notice. Lighting was also super spotty on if it’d work or not. Staff was very nice!
