The rooms are very outdated, and the photos online did not accurately reflect what we experienced. On our first night, we discovered that the bed sheets were damp, and when pulling back the comforter, we found visible stains that looked like dirt or makeup. This prompted us to look around more closely, and we noticed a general lack of cleanliness dust was everywhere, including on the fire alarm directly above the bed (we took photos).
Since we arrived late at night, we stayed for one night but decided to check out the next day, even though we had booked two nights. When we explained our concerns to the staff and requested a refund for the unused night, we were told to go through Expedia. However, when Expedia reached out to the hotel, the manager refused our refund request. At checkout, we even showed the front desk attendant the photos of the dirty comforter, but instead of acknowledging the issue, they simply said it would be changed and still denied a refund.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was genuinely good. Unfortunately, the overall experience, poor room conditions, lack of cleanliness, and unhelpful customer service does not justify the $300+ per night rate. We would not recommend this hotel.
