Older facilities need an update, should advise there is no lift for a 3 story building. Bathroom door kept banging, fixed with a towel.

I liked this hotel. A great location and the best bed ever! I slept so well. Beware that u have to buy slipper for 5 euros if u don’t have your own in order to use the pool. Overall great place!

We stayed one night (Monday) with our 14 year old and 11 year old. Room had character with a nice attic room with beams, boys on sofa beds in the separate living space which worked well. Easy to walk from train station and then around old town and happily kept our luggage until check in time. We didn’t use much in way of facilities, just the room, which had everything we needed for one night stay.

Perfect location for a stay in Vilnius. Apart from seeing reception we didn't see any of the other facilities of the hotel as we were out all the time (perfect location after all). Would definitely stay again

Staff are very helpful. Location is perfect and walkable anywhere in the old town.

On Hotels.com the hotel states it has a swimming pool and sauna, However, both activities are priced as a supplement of €15.00 and a €5.00 for slippers. The customer is not made aware of this until after payment is made. The Breakfast Buffet is just about adequate, although the staff was slow on re -filling the hot options. On the 2nd day the room cleaners did not arrive to clean the room until after 3pm, by which time we had been out for the day and had returned to the room, consequently the room was not cleaned or fresh towels given. Overall I did not think that the Hotel should have 4 stars.

My first room smelled of insecticide. I changed rooms and the second room was better. My mini-fridge never worked.

Large room, great view of a church. Furniture a bit outdated. Loud fridge. Couldn’t get shower to work. Would stay again though as near everything!

This hotel has a great location, the room was very clean, the bed was comfy. Only disadvantage is a lack of an elevator.

The Mabre Residence is an excellent place to stay. My only regret I have is not having stayed longer, the beds are comfortable, the rooms have everything you need, the showers are powerful and hot, the windows had amazing views of the courtyard. They're are some lovely eateries in the nearby area, especially small locations such as our much loved Beigelistai cafe, and the park just around corner provided views of my own first ever views of a Middle Spotted Woodpecker, among other incredible BirdLife around the hotel. The Hotel is a short stroll from the main Vilnius old town, an incredible historic city with amazing architecture and sculptures, beautiful food and beer, and the kindest of people. I would, and likely will, stay again, and I cannot recommend the hotel and location enough.

Lovely place in the winter quiet old town Vilnius. All major attractions are in walking distance. The staff weee friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good too.

It was close to the center offered breakfast! Was very accommodating, kind, and professional. They were able to answer all questions I had on the spot.
