Really lovely hotel, great location. We were only there one night so would have loved to have stayed longer and made use of the pool and restaurant. If we return we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Excellent location and nice facade. Yet, it's not a four stars hotel. I was given a room in the third floor, without elevator!!! I was notified about that in advance, and the staff helped me with the luggage, but it was hard to climb up two floors at least three times a day. There was no water in the room, no slippers, etc.

I recently stayed at the Mabre Residence Hotel in Vilnius for two nights, and my experience was very disappointing. Despite booking a room with two beds over a month in advance, we arrived to find a queen-size bed and a small camping bed. My 15-year-old son, who is 6’1”, had to sleep on the floor as he could not share a bed with me. Additionally, we were informed that breakfast cost 15 euros per person, but we were overcharged. When I asked for a receipt, the receptionist promised to send it via email, but I never received it, even after following up through Expedia. While the room was clean, the overall service fell far below the expectations of a four-star hotel. The receptionist’s dismissive attitude and lack of support were particularly disappointing. Although the cleaner offered to clean the room after our first day, we declined as it wouldn't change the low comfort of our stay. I hope management addresses these issues to improve their service for future guests.

It has a lovely courtyard and place to relax. Rooms are quaint.

Excellent location facilities were adequate the only downside of the hotel was that it is a little tired especially the bedroom and bathroom tiles broken et cetera but clean and excellent staff on the whole. Ok property but not what you associate with 4 stars. As a 3 star hotel it would have been fine. Tiny pool that you have to pay a minimum of 15 euro per person to use. Breakfast was also 15 euro per person (including kids) with a very limited selection and staff that have to be prompted to replace empty buffet platters. Parking is 20 euros per day. Everything has to be paid in advance. We loved Vilnius but would chose a different hotel next time.

The expectations were fairly high after seeing the nice photos of the premises, and the thought that 4 stars would still mean something. However, after arrival the fancy facade was step my step falling into pieces. It’s an old building that has been renovated, thou it still has squeaky floors, poor soundproofing, full floor carpets and potential moisture damage and mold issues. The noisy air conditioner as well as the shower facilities in the room are just poorly designed, causing even bigger problems in future. The bed was very soft and bouncy, not my personal favorite but some might like it. And the pillow was awful, sure the room had extra pillow in storage but it was exactly the same. Just a huge pillow, size of two normal ones and way too soft. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the surroundings are quiet also. Definitely not a 4 star experience, the facilities probably max 2 stars, however the service was impeccable!

Good location and nice buildings but absolutely not four stars. I stayed for a week and hot water was unreliable in the mornings, sometimes cold only. Otherwise ok if you think slightly below three stars.

This is a great place to stay if you have a very late arrival or a very early departure flight because they have a 24-hour reception desk. Staff is very helpful if you need a 3 am ride to the airport. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Traveling as 2 friends, we were abl to get a room with 2 twin beds. Bathroom had a bathtub, which feels like a divine indulgence to me as someone from drought-prone California. Hotel is steps away from Vilnius park and a 5-minute walk to the tourist information office/heart of old town. Maybe 8 minute walk to Cathedral Square. There is a Europecar meet and greet rental hub about a 1-mile walk away if you need a car, but don't need it right when you land at the airport. There are also CityBee cars close by if you just need a car for a day trip. Mabre Hotel is on a high traffic street, but it calmed by 11pm and the windows dramatically dampened the sound if i closed them. I am very noise sensitive, and I had no trouble sleeping from traffic. --though earplugs were helpful for the in-room mini fridge (which i made very good use of bc I'm too frugal to pay for breafast). Aesthetics of the room were meh, but the bedroom and bathroom were surprisingly spacious for the price. So if you are a function over form person, this is a very practical choice. :)

A modern and comfortable hotel in an historic building. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was particularly good. The centre is just a short walk away

Convenient location. Parking in the courtyard. Good breakfast. Could be a bit noisy at night if the room has window by the street.

When I booked this hotel it said it had a pool and a sauna and that the sauna only would be against a fee. I do not use a sauna so it was good for me. But the hotel reception told me that there is also payment for the pool. I would have chosen another hotel had the terms been clear. The breakfast was good and the staff at the restaurant particularly attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and very well kept.
