I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

This is a nice property that I used to like a lot, coming back to it after 30 years of memories It is amazing to find the rooms outdated; which makes it feel overpriced for an experience of old rooms and old and limited AC

We played in a pickleball tournament onsite, so the hotel was a great choice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the grand hacienda style is amazing. I will definitely stay here again when in Queretaro.

The hotel is old and needs some fixing . No wifi 2 days , service at restsurants excellent , fron desk not so much . Bad attitude

The property is beautiful, breakfasts are delicious, but they had a very big event, and lots of laughter and yelling past 2 am. They are a great place for conventions, but they have to take into account that the noise is unbearable in the rooms.

I frequently travel to Queretaro and I stay in this hotel. It's a beautiful property and the Mexican breakfast buffet is to die for (or was...) However, this time I had a very bad experience with the staff at the reception. When I was checking in I was a bit early and the room was not ready (understandable) but the way to ask to return later was not too polite. Then when I returned another person was less than helpful and rude. The rest of the stay was good, even when the quality of the breakfast buffet was not as good as ever. To end the bad experience at the reception, when I was checking out and mentioned that we requested toiler paper and water that never arrived, the person at the reception didn't even acknowledge my concern, so I needed to talk with the manager that was more sensitive to what you may expect for a hotel of this quality. I may return... let's see

I like that they have ev charging stations. The hotel is ok but i think is a little bit expensive for what it is.

Property was fully booked, probably they were a little short staffed. Carpets were dated, and in the room a bit dirty. Otherwise a good option.

This property is beautiful feel like you really are in Mexico and Spain,with the beautiful architecture and peaceful places clean and good food,close to UNAM (Universidad Autónoma de Mexico) and close to beautiful Mall.

Super old and too basic hotel. It is way to expensive for what it offers. The bathrooms are from 70s and not even room service was available. Super bad service when asked about the breakfast included on the price… and it is announced as a 5 stars hotel… must be a joke
