Had a flooding in a room above us and woke up at around 11 pm to dripping ceiling in the washrom

Honestly, not worth the price. Con’s: First of all we booked our stay for the middle/end of March, and the hotel had the heat on full blast. When we asked about being able to change our room tempt, they told us the hotel was in winter mode and there was nothing they could do for us. the window opens 4 inches… and that was their solution. Secondly, the shower is not cleaned, at all. Perhaps they assume the tile will hide the dirt and customers won’t see but the scum and filament in the shower is disgusting. Finally, the walls are paper thin and we heard both room neighbors all night long. Pro’s: A 3 min walk down the hill gets you to a metro/bus station that leads into the city (have to transfer 1 or 2 time) the surrounding area is nice, clean and feels safe at night.

AC is off during spring, you can't control it during your stay, they only offer heatting setting, and a blanket, so forgett about it if you like to sleep fresh, you have to sleep with the window open wich triggers more heatting. It is quite uncomfortable and sadly this is very comun in Spain.

The parking garge is a bit difficult to get in and out of but it is secure.

Great bang for the buck. Showed up around 9am, and rhey were able to get me into a room right away. Which was amazing because i was tired. Room was small, but not tiny. Bed was super comfortable. Warm water, coffe pot, fridge, overall an amazing find. Only downside is distance from the city center, but for the price, i think its well worth it. Would deffo stay again.

Room was clean and the staff service was great Only dislikes were very loud construction, walls were thin so you can hear people in the hallway easily, the bathroom had somewhat of a sewage/musky smell (no ventilation)

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no Metro service and very costly to access when using taxis from Central Barcelona. There is a tram station about 15 minutes away when walking however, having travelled on that one evening, I had to walk by myself late at night and the area is very isolated. Did not feel safe at all. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating. I was put in a room opposite the lift and the housekeeping service room and could not sleep a wink due to noisy traffic/revellers coming in late at night and loud. In the morning, there was endless moving back and forth of housekeeping staff replenishing their trolleys with supplies from the service room. It was a nightmare and I am very grateful to reception who allowed me an extended hour to try and catch up on my sleep. The shower head in my room was put up the wrong way round and had a tough time trying to turn it the right way and had to use the chair to reach it. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Barcelona.

This is a 3 to 3½-star hotel, not a 4-star by any stretch. The rooms are a mishmash—some are clean and well-maintained, while others are rundown, particularly noticeable in the bathrooms, furniture, and carpets. There is no room service, bar, or other amenities typically found in a four-star hotel. The staff are not particularly customer-oriented, especially when comparing the service and overall experience to well-known four-star hotels like the Hilton Barcelona or Renaissance Barcelona. However, it is a fair hotel for what you are paying. Clearly needs capital investment to bring it to a proper four star level.
