A bit old but well maintained, the location is super. Definitely will go back if I visit Lucerne again someday.

Everything is nice except the shower head needs adjustment as water sprinkled too widely.

The location is 15 minutes walking from the train station.. the room is newly renovated and the staff are really friendly.. recommended to stay here :)

Really love this hotel. The people in here is so nice, friendly, and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, and big enough for us. They gave as a cute decoration for our honeymoon. The breakfast is also nice. Really recommend. And sure, we will stay again in here.

Strategic location in the middle of the city, whichever is easy near the main street of many city buses. Decet into tourist center and breakfast I stayed 4 different hotel, this hotel most complete menu.

The hotel are old but very clean. And the bed was very nice and comfortable. WiFi is fast. Location around 12-15 minutes walk to train station or old town. Breakfast was various and good.
