Very comfortable beds, awesome water pressure in shower, very helpful staff, clean rooms. No complaints

Comfortable stay with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, sightseeing and the train which is incredibly punctual.

The hotel was great. The breakfast was ok. The room was very nice but quite compact.

This was a nice holiday in a good area right beside opera house. However it was 30 degrees when we stayed and there was no AC. We got an upgrade to the adjoining hotel which was much better. Floor needed washed in original room It was v stained

10 minutes walk to the downtown and quiet. Room is a bit small but clean.

One of the best hotel we stayed in Switzerland, everything you need is in this area, train station is walkable , shops , restaurant . Will recommend this with no doubt.

Location was perfect. Close to the lake, train station and transport. Lots of dining options nearby. Hotel was clean nice breakfast and staff very friendly

Lovely hotel close to the Xmas market. Got a free upgrade to a family suite with a balcony.

Hotel management went above and beyond to accommodate. Very pleased we stayed here overall and the location is really lovely. The balcony units are great if you can get one of those. Would stay again in the future.

This is a wonderful quiet neighborhood to stay in Zurich. Yet, it's conveniently located for access to trams and trains.

Location and property is good. But the check out process was bit annoying. Asked to print a receipt and it took 15 minutes, almost missed my train.

Rooms are a nice size, clean, and provide good amenities. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Overall, property was nice. There are limited shopping options around the hotel. The property is located one block from the river, which made for some beautiful views. Check-in was a rather less than enjoyable experience. Perhaps it’s a difference in culture, but in hospitality, you are supposed to feel welcomed - I didn’t feel that checking in to this hotel. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was very clean, albeit on the small side.

Convenient, close to river and opera house. Very friendly staff and helped us get an early taxi. Very clean and comfortable stay.
