Very suffocating aparthotel. The AC was not working and it was not a properly ventilated room.

Great place, clean and lots of space. Only criticisms were hard pillows and noise from outside. It was freshers week, never the less you could hear the laughter and screaming

Spotlessly clean accommodation, modern facilities. Staff very helpful (especially KELLY). All staff only to pleaesd to help.

Rooms where comfy with all the amenities you could need.

Very nice apartment, very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Liverpool One. Had underground parking which is a bit tight if you have a large car but very handy. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

Laura at the desk was so friendly and helpful, she provided all relevant information and made us feel really welcome, our apartment was spacious and very clean, and suited our needs well. Feedback: the bed in the master room was very comfortable but sooo high I had to literally jump onto it and slide off, I am of average height, and the taps in the showers were really stiff and hard to use, apart from that everything else was great.

Very uneventful and quiet. Everything was as advertised. No extras or frills.

Excellent suite, that we enjoyed to the full!

Location is very central, 5-10 minutes walk from The Cavern Club and The Beatles Museums. There are good views from the top floors. The apartment was clean and tidy with a fully functioning kitchen. The use of the underground car park is recommended, its a litle tricky to find and navigate round but wirth the extra money. Our stay was only 1 night, but would recommend for a longer self catering stay

Would like to say thank you to Kelly, even though she was the only staff available considering the busy weekend with the parade, Kelly offered us a larger apartment for the 3 of us to stay in, she was welcoming when we arrived late afternoon, even though the room wasn't available she allowed us to leave our luggage and come back to check in. Thank you Kelly for being so nice. Would definitely come back.

The space was ample, however the sofa was very uncomfortable and there was a small table, but no chairs. I didn't realize that the bed would be a double and not a queen. It was too small for two to sleep comfortably. The staff was pleasant. The parking is underground and around the corner.

Hannah on reception is friendly and very professional. Great 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Everything is as described and as seen on photos. Very clean.

The property was nice. The ease of in and out was nice and close to the train an a lot of other option we needed. Staff was very nice when we had to ask questions.

The suite was everything we expected and more. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. My only suggestion is to make the hotel sign more visible as you can’t see it at all when driving down the one way street. Also, sending the parking directions and codes beforehand would have been a great help. Otherwise, very comfortable, great location and lovely apartment.

The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great.

I wish i had done this years ago and stayed in an apartment rather than a hotel room. It feels like you have your own flat ..sitting room,kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc Staff fantastic very clean and comfortable. Can be noisy with seagulls and party revellers but i kinda like it as it adds to the atmosphere of the city
