Property’s interior and exterior in poor condition. Room, linen, towels , etc…dirty, smelly, and old. Food courts were open and birds constantly pecking the food. Our stay was reserved and paid for four days, but we were so disappointed with this place that we left on the second day. The only amenity we enjoyed was the beach access and walks. If you are looking for a budget hotel to just sleep and shower, this is the place because even the pools are discouraging. Also, don’t rely on the a/c working.

The location was great but the food was subpar. They could use the same or comparable ingredients and yield a much better result with chefs that are trained in the respective cuisines they offer.

We enjoyed the beautiful view, and beachfront, friendly staff.

This was our third stay at the the Grand Decameron. 2010, 2019, and 2025. It looked the same as it did in 2010, except a LOT more tired and some dull beige paint on the outside. It definitely needs some updating. They have tried to reduce costs by limiting seating for the reserved restaurants, which means they are now hard to get into, and they are not much better than the regular buffets. The shows are wonderful and seem to out-class the rest of the resort. We will not be returning until the updating is completed, and we will not be recommending the resort to friends any more.

The food was the same everyday, even on the specialty restaurants.

The family loves the kid friendly activities, dining options, and entertainment. The resort is well organized checking-in and checking-out. I highly recommend it. The only thing that needs improvement is room availability and description with further details.

My enjoyment of this place was 5 stars but I wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel as I know people have certain expectations. The food was good. There was always something I could find at the buffet that I really liked. The beach was beautiful. They take great care of it and we saw them cleaned it regularly. The staff was great. I was there to swim, lie on a beautiful beach, have an evening cocktail in an outdoor bar by the beach and watch a beautiful sun set. It hit all notes
