The property was beautiful. Our room was quiet, very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very gracious and attentive.

Property and service was excellent. Was not aware of $44 amenity charge until we checked out. Only amenities were free parking and breakfast.

Carmel is beautiful and this is a nice property. Unfortunatly, it isn't well insulated from the sounds of the farmers market...which started setting up about 5am

The hotel looks cute but it felt like a place that was more about show than substance. The location was very convenient for walking around town but quite loud. The room looks nice but has very little storage for your things. I appreciate the nice looking end tables but would it have killed them to select something with a drawer? The bed wasn’t comfortable. The door to the room had weather stripping on the bottom but that still left about a half inch gap at the bottom. The bathroom door is a barn door so anyone else in the room can hear you use the loo. One morning they were completely out of yogurt. It was delicious yogurt. I get why it was popular. The things they did have were nice but not a ton of selection.

Perfect. This hotel was as magical as Carmel. The champagne breakfast is superior!! The rooms are stylish and comfortable. I will stay again,

Great accommodation & central location in Carme.

If you like great vibes and a homey kinda of feel this is the hotel for you. It’s in a great quiet area and everything is in walking distance. We choose this hotel for our 10th anniversary and we are glad we did. Staff was friendly and really helped you if you had any accommodations or questions. It passed our expectations and then some. Safe to say is we will consider coming back to this hotel in the future!

Such an amazing property. It’s beautiful and within walking distance to delicious dining, shopping and the beach. We love the breakfast and the cookies every evening. We will return.

The breakfast was scrumptious and the evening cookies were delightfully. Loved the location.

Hotel stay was amazing. The front desk when we checked in was super friendly. I believe one was named Alex. It’s true, you do get champagne at check in. And also , they sent us down the street for sister hotel happy hour, and they also gave us free champagne and snacks. The room was very cute, loved the fire place and super modern. The next day we went to the “complimentary breakfast” and I’m pleased to say it was exceptional. Five stars isn’t enough. Mimosas, fresh delicious pastries, a fancy and cute yogurt bar, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, fresh sourdough bread if you want toast. This was for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend and the hotel really made our stay perfect. Can’t wait until we can go again. Walking distance to anything you could need, as well a the beach.

Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. Natalie at the front desk was fantastic—friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel’s prime location is a major plus, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the building's sound insulation; noise from people walking in the halls and doors closing was quite noticeable. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I’d consider staying again.

Pros: Very cute. Clean. Nice staff. Close to everything including downtown Carmel and beach. All walking distance. Cons:Room is very small and cramped. No closet. Bathroom door is a sliding barn door so NO privacy if you’re not traveling alone. Otherwise the location alone is worth it.
