The room we stayed in had a thick coat of dust on the wall as if it had not been cleaned in months. (See photos attached) We did not see the filth until the next morning, when we both woke up super congested. The clerk had zero customer service skills. She took personal offensive about practically everything I said when I showed her the photos of the room and asked her to come upstairs to view it for herself. She refused to come look at it and said “I’m not going in that room because I have allergies!”. I explained to her that I just wanted to have a clean room to stay in and not be charged $250 for a filthy room. She started blaming the owner, the housekeeper… saying it was housekeepings fault because they didn’t know how to speak English. When we spoke to housekeeping and showed her the issue, she kept saying Manager… Manager.
At best, this property is horribly managed and apparently the owner doesn’t really care how the guests feel about their stay.
In addition, there were no amenities at this hotel of any kind.
I have submitted pictures showing the thick coating of dust that was on the wall. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned in months at best. Both the owner and clerk refused to do anything to compensate us for the condition of the room the night we stayed. We had to change hotels to finish out our weekend. I highly recommend that everyone stay anywhere but at this place for health reasons alone. Who knows what else they don’t clean properly. BEWARE
