Nice hotel really close to the beach, but our room had a balcony that faced the pool and parking lot and beyond the parking lot fence homeless people. Not a great view and thus didn't motivate us to use the balcony. The bed was very comfortable but our room was the first room in a hallway with a security door, and so we heard everyone coming and going through the door. Couldn't get the tv to work but had many other activities so ended up not asking front desk what was wrong. Bathroom has a nice shower but only half covered by glass. So half the shower is open. Don't really care for those. The guys at the front desk are super friendly and helpful though, and the morning breakfast there is top notch with waffles, sausage, hash browns, eggs, juice, bagels, cereal, and a great espresso automatic coffee maker that had cappuccino, lattes, or just regular coffee or hot water for tea. This place is decently priced for.being so close to the beach, and the few things mentioned and fairly minor. One other thing, there was a hot tub and pool that looked nice, but we didnt have time to try it.

Convenient to downtown

It was weird that the staff came in, saying they had to check the iron and make sure no water was inside of it. I found it odd, I think they thought we weren’t in the room and wanted to look through our stuff.

Nice hotel with great staff. About a block to the beach…easy walk! Room was large and comfortable beds. They have a nice continental breakfast. Would love a couple more hooks or towel bar to hang up towels. Does get a little loud in the hallways in the morning. Otherwise a great place to stay in Santa Barbara!

With so many choices in the area, I think there are better options. They seemed short staffed and the hotel a bit worn down.

It’s all right. However, there are a lot of choices in the area and I’m not sure I made the right one in choosing this hotel for a wedding weekend. They seemed short staffed and the property a bit worn.

Front desk in the morning were very helpful and friendly.

Aviana is a beautiful place to stay for a Santa Barbara weekend getaway! Our room was clean and comfortable! I would recommend this stay to anyone! If the hotel actually reads these, your hashbrowns at breakfast are over cooked but easily edible!! STAY HERE, ITS AWESOME
