Clean room, friendly service.

Nice place to stay.

Aging infrastructure makes it second rate and over priced. Late evening arrival found a serious continuous vibration in lobby floor. My room on ground floor and adjacent to lobby had the same vibration but more intense, so intense it was felt through the mattress. Neither the night or morning desk clerk had ever heard of it or cared to learn more about the sensation. As an engineer I could have shared info they might have reported to management.

Country Inn and Suites in Bend met my expectations. I took a chance and spent a little more than expected for a room before heading on home from a week long trip but I'm doing so, I was treated with great customer service and was even offered a free cookie. Check-in was a cinch and quick. The lobby was huge and had free snacks for guests. Parking was easy to find as well as the hotel being close to a grocery store. My room was wonderful and it being a suite, it met my expectations . I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm in the area.

The hot tub was not running and they didnt even mention it at check out. The pool was gross too. Tvs were old and the signal was awful

Great location for just about everything we did in Bend. Not fancy, but a good home base.

The manager was very visible and caring to all guest. What a great employee!!!

On Wednesday morning what seemed to be the manager was everywhere making sure things were going well during breakfast- great smile and conversations! She even offered us water to go after we checked out- she was amazing- I hope you can recognize her work ethic and genuine customer service!

It was clean, staff was friendly. There was shopping and dining close by

Beds were horrible!! The headboard hit the wall every time we moved and it was dirty!

IT WAS DIRTY, BED WAS LUMPY AND SAGGING, NASTY FOR THE PRICE AND NOT WORTH IT

The headboard was so dirty with other peoples head oils, nasty stains onthe ch a id and foot ex tool, wouldnt sit on it. Small for a room at this price too. We are booked for another night on our return trip here non refundable but we wont stay here again. Staff is great.

Not enough communication between staff and cleaners

Room was clean, bed not so comfortable. Desk reception and check out were wonderful!
