Original room smelled like mold and floor was soaked. We were moved to another room but had to pack everything back up after a long trip.

It was great and the shower was perfect for handicap accessible needs of my mom as promised, however there was no rails at the toilet and the toilet was extremely short to be handicap accessible. She almost had a fall trying to get up off toilet.

I canceled my stay n they still charged me..terrible customer service.

They gave me a room not in livable conditions and caused me to get asthma atacks. It was moldy and humid. And they didn't care. Customer service is not thier priority. After complaining to them the manager tried to kick me out. And acused me of bieng disrespectful, just because i complained. They are still renting that room like that. General manager Mina Guiruis does not prioritize customer service.

This hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast was hot, varied and plentiful. Housekeeping went the extra mile for us. I highly recommend it.

Blanket looked dirty

It was ok for just one night. Front staff was very nice. Room had stains on the walls. Mold around the tops of the soap bottles in the shower. Mold on the shelf in the fridge. Bed was comfortable though.

Comfy bed and pillows, great breakfast. Hot water and good water pressure. Clean. Nice staff. My son and I were very comfortable! Thank you!

Excellent check in process and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the many dining options next door. Great value all around.

The bed was uncomfortable I expected more for the room I could get this at a motel it was a plain room

We always like staying at the Holiday Inn Express at Williamsburg. Love the variety they have for breakfast.
