Fantastic property and very friendly staff. About a 5 minute walk to the metro and 30 second walk to the bus stop which was so convenient. The only negative is that there are no convenient restaurants near the hotel, but there is a good grocery store about 2 min away.

Clean, modern, quiet, safe and the hotel staff members were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Neighborhood surrounding the hotel is quiet and safe. 15 to 20 minutes by taxi to most any tourist attraction including Prado and Plaza de Toros.

This was a great location for having our convention, it is however a bit out of the city historical center. Accès to le central city is easy using Madrid Metro. Very spacious rooms considering européen standards.

Great hotel, in a rather residential area. It is close to the Madrid metro so it is easy to commute to the historic Madrid area. Room are very spacious considering europeen standard. Great breakfast buffet. Enjoying our stay so far.

A real sample of hospitality! The Hotel was beautiful, with a modern deco and huge and beautiful lobby. Spectacular view of "Sierra de Guadarrama" Since we went for 15 days to Spain this end of the year it was important for us to stay in a comfortable room, we made the right choice! The rooms were very spacious, clean and well maintained. 5 stars to the beds! Is far from the city center, but you can take a bus just in front of the hotel (every 7 minutes) that will take you to Madrid Center (Bus No.133) If you decide to rent a car they have a big and very safe parking garage. Dinner options are the only thing I would change, since the menu is very repetitive and just a few things are offered, however we tried everything and it was delicious. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Thank you very much to Mercedes, the sweetest person that we have ever met in a hotel, always working, multi tasking and running, but also smiling. What a hard worker you have there Eurostar! Also thanks to Martha, our room service was ready even before we called! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fabulous stay. All the staff were great and Sara on reception was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Hotel is amazing. Excellent location and so close to Metro Herrera Oria station. 100% recommend this stunning hotel.
