Very friendly staff

Excellent place to stay for a family of 5.

Loved that there was a library and games for children to play.

The complimentary tea, lemon water and cocoa were a nice touch in the lobby. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Conveniently located and staff were helpful.

Hampton Inns are always consistent. They are clean, the staff is nice and the breakfast is good. Good start to our trip.

Wonderful stay. Super cute hotel in the middle of a neighborhood. Walking distance to all the downtown restaurants and shops. We couldn't have picked a better hotel!

Comfortable beds are a must for me. Breakfast options included gluten free bagels. Hotel is easy to find and close enough to Main Street

Its a very comfortable, clean and friendly place. Rooms are up to date a clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has gone through extensive renovations and it shows very well. I believe all the rooms are updated and very new. The service at the counter is always great and they found packages that were delivered to the hotel the week before I'm very thankful for a wonderful stay again at the East Hampton!!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were probably the most friendly I have encountered anywhere. I would strongly recommend this hotel & will return when next in the area.

Everything was wonderful. From the staff to the room to the pool to the breakfast and to the fresh warm cookies in the lobby. By far best experience we've had at any of our stays in the last few years

Good hotel

Always a fun staycation spot for us! Only wish pool water and pool area was way warmer. It's a bit chilly in there.

The hotel had a late Check in of 4PM. I got there about 3:45 and was told a room wasn’t available yet, meanwhile they checked people into 2 rooms right next to me. People were checked into rooms while I waited another 40 minutes after check in time to be able to get a room. Not happy with any of that especially when the woman at the desk had an attitude because I expected to have a room.

Loved the hotel itself but when asking to have a room closest to our friends that we could get, we were first told we would be across the hall from eachother then another employee came over and told the employee helping us not to do that. Wish we could have been close to our friends as originally stated, seeing as they had the rooms to do so.
