Really enjoyed our stay - hotel was comfortable and the staff were helpful and polite. Great location near Aldgate tube which has convenient links to all London landmarks.

I stayed in one of the suites with the roof terrace which was great to relax on and a bonus in London, but is overlooked by an office which was a bit weird during the day but no problem of an evening, room was great and the bed super comfy

Fabulous hotel! Absolutely spotless, very tasteful decor, beautifully decorated rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way for you. Breakfast was excellent, with lovely combination of buffet and table service. Staff went out of their way to ensure my daughter's allergies were catered for and remembered each day. The one evening meal we had was delicious and the bar was comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect a very short walk from Tower Bridge with access to the bustling South Bank and a very short walk to two tube stations. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and would love to stay again.

Excellent trip; Key points; 1. Helpful and pleasant staff across all areas. 2. Lovely comfy, quiet, clean room 3. Free breakfast with our stay with a lovely hot food selection...free drink ticket upon arrival. 4. Close to attractions (5 mins to either TOWER HILL or ALDGATE underground stations) (5 mins from TOWER OF LONDON and TOWER BRIDGE. Would recommend to others and reasonable, competitive price (coming from a Yorkshireman)

The location was great, just blocks away from The Tower of London. Tour bus stop and city bus stops just down the street. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great, a small buffet and you could order off the menu complementary. Gave us two free drinks in the restaurant which was nice. Ate at the restaurant and it was just okay. Overall, great experience. Would return again.

Just returned from a stay here over a warm weekend in July. Initially we were given a room we were not expecting, which was quickly rectified. We had a warm welcome and most of the staff were lovely and so helpful. The breakfast was really good. Location great, 5 min walk to tower bridge. The room was quite warm and air con not effective, with no opening windows this made sleep a bit poor. Also the Sunday night there was shouting and loud voices outside till gone 1.30am and that impacted my sleep. The rooms are super tasteful and wonderfully decorated. I’d have liked a bath, but not necessary with the warm weather. A fan in the room would have been a welcomed touch. The milk in the fridge and quality produce was really nice.

Staff were very welcoming and professional. Room was presentable and beds comfy. Air conditioning didn't cool the room and the television didn't work, even after reporting it

The hotel was lovely, the room was spacious and very clean, great size bathroom. The bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was excellent, a great choice and everything was fresh. The staff were amazing, friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Perfectly situated to get around London easily by train or on foot. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The Chamberlain is a very safe, smaller hotel in a great location conveniently located within walking distance to either Aldgate or Tower Hill tube station. The people are friendly, the rooms are nice and clean and the food at the restaurant is delicious. I would definitely stay there again.
