Good option for the price range. You could do better, But you could do a whole lot worse. In New York It’s a five, but in Ohio it’s a solid nine.

This hotel staff are above and beyond. The room was super clean. The staff were very professional and nice. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was great and clean. The cleaner came by to ask if we needed fresh towels. I would def recommend this hotel. I read mixed reviews before I stayed here about the neighborhood or hard beds. The beds were fine and the neighborhood was close to where we had to be so, it was great. I didnt see any issue with location anyhow.

This property was a lot nicer than the one I stayed at next-door last year. I will stay here again.

Breakfast option was good for the type of class the hotel is rated for. The bed was comfortable and nice. Noise level was high due to upstairs guest was stumping around not thinking about the time of the night (2 am!) Informed the front desk staff and it got better. Overall it was good for one night stay

The property was in a bad part of town, it was dirty and run-down and the Uber driver told me that un-housed people live there for long periods of time. Not that I'm against un-housed people but it can degrade the reputation of a place to vacation!

Hallway smelled of marijuana. Dog was barking so much that we had to change rooms. Very loud in hallway.

I liked the pool but earlier opening hour would have been appreciated. Some items were in disrepair such as window frames and torn wallpaper above curtains-and stained window shades-3rd floor.

The pool and rooms were nice

The property is very convenient to campus and a great value. However, surrounding the property are warehouses and the roads are in bad condition and you see some “loitering” types of people hanging out at the motel just next door. Be very aware of who is in the parking lot before you get out of your car to walk in. That said, there were a bunch of families with kids and nobody staying at this property seemed shady or scary.

It was nice for a one night stay. However, the heated pool was cold.

We were able to check in early which was great how ever we left and when coming back there was a customer complaining of her things being taken that she left in the room and then we left and came back again starting about 9 pm you could hear people upstairs running and jumping I did then call the front desk and make a complaint he said he would look into it about 10 mins later I did call again he stated that no one was in the hall I did tell him I heard it again and could while on the phone with him he stated that he would again check into it again 10 mins later it was the same thing I did then walk to the front desk and make a complaint to him and told him that I would go up there due to my children could not sleep due to the noise he said no he would take care of it the house did not stop until about 12:30 am it was ridiculous and he did say we could check out early and not stay the next day that I had already paid for. Our pull out bed had a blood stain on it which was gross. The next morning when I went to check out this time there was 3 employees up there and one of them tried to tell me he was there all night and never talked to me and I did not make any complaints I did then inform him that he was not the one I talked to the one I talked to was a younger short male with kaki pants on with a black shirt he then changed his tone and stated that he came later in the night and did not hear ang noises up stairs. I found it very rude and disrespectful

The electric was off most the time very frustrating

Easy to find right off the highway, room was clean and comfortable, fine for a one-night stay. Room was very dark, even with curtains fully open. Need higher wattage light bulbs.

Housekeepers didn’t clean & change the sheets on the sofa bed and beds. We found a Nintendo Switch someone left in dirty sheets and a blanket when we put out the sofa bed. One of the sheet on a bed had food stains on. So obviously housekeepers didn’t do their job. The location was not great. Breakfast selection was good. Breakfast selection was good.

Room with musty odor. The bath ceiling had live mold rings.

The toilet had black stuff on the inside of it from not being cleaned properly. The bathroom door was very hard to push open because of rubbing against the floor. We asked for towels after swiming and they refused to give us the proper amount we needed. They also did not keep towels in rhe pool room after they assured us " there will be fresh towels in the morning" and wouldnt give us any when we asked for them.

Very very average. Close to the expo but not a great area of town. Nothing terribly wrong but could use improvement
