The hotel was nice, but the staff was not really helpful when I asked for suggestions to eat on a Monday night because everything was almost closed, and the answer was “I’m not sure because everything is closed on Mondays”. It would have been very helpful if when I got there at 3:00 PM someone had mentioned that “little” detail.

Very nice breakfast

Most of the desk staff weren’t very helpful, either because they couldn’t or wouldn’t speak English. The bar and restaurant staffs were great, and the breakfasts were terrific.

At first glance, I thought the 16 Euro charge for breakfast was a tad high, however once I tried it, it was a good deal. Freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs cooked to order, pastries coffee etc. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Location is outstanding and staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Ceiling in the room was very low. I was put into an attic room. Card access to room stopped working. When I left the room somebody went through my room as the wardrobe doors were opened. Never had this type of experience in a hotel before. No apology, nothing. Steer clear.

My room was spotless. Very quiet and comfortable. Loved having a bath! Staff super helpful! Location great!

Clean rooms excellent jet bath tub

We enjoyed our stay. We did not do the breakfast at the hotel, 15 euro per person seemed pretty steep for breakfast. You can do better outside at a restaurant or pickup food at the local carrefour. Great location for transportation to and from the bus station. Walkable to all of the sights in historic Toledo. Room was very comfortable and we had a private balcony. Also there was a jetted tub in the bathroom which was handy after lots of up and down walking through the city.

Great location for our tour of the Jewish Quarter. It's a small town so everything is walkable from there. Checking in was slow with a large group in front of us, but another staff member showed up to help. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

The hosts were an absolute delight. Very accommodating and helpful. Provided helpful information about sites and discounts. Overall a wonderful experience. Will gladly book again.
